| Abstract: | With the growing interests towards personal design and crafting, Craft and Hobby (C&H) craft store is targeting to offer a unique business model that meeting all crafting needs in one shop. It is a retail store that sells craft materials with a wide range of flexibility from pre-arranged packages to single picked customization, while at the same time; and also a space where customers can complete their craft projects on the spot, rent professional craft tools or give lessons for their own art work.
This paper identifies the differentiating products and services and its business model based on the analysis of current market demands and opportunities. It further studies the competitiveness of C&H using Porter’s Five Forces theory and offers the strategies of implementation and financial plan that will allow C&H to start and sustain the business. |
