Managing workforce and talent within an organization can be viewed as one of the more challenging tasks for HR professionals and executives. As observed over the past couple of decades by GXC, one of the primary consulting firms tackling HR management issues in Taiwan, the potential root cause to the issue may be there is insufficient tool, data and training available for these corporate HR professionals to use to tackle such issues. Therefore, with Product X, an online product that aims to help HR professionals and corporate executives to easily diagnose the internal HR issues, to plan and design for relevant and effective job scopes, and to concretely link all aspects of human resources management and development with the function and nature of each position and division, HR professionals can revolutionize how workforce and talent is managed within an organization. Product X provides unique features that are yet to be seen on the market, proprietary to GXC methodology. This can be seen as a sustainable and competitive edge to the business. Moreover, Product X is not simply positioned as an online software, but more as a service where clients will also receive expert HR consultants to provide guidance and consultation along the way. This also help establish dependency and trust among the clients to ensure a prolonged working partnership or relationship. |
