| 摘要: | 隨著社會對便利性與效率的需求不斷上升,傳統輪胎替換服務因其給人繁瑣與耗時的方式,逐漸難以滿足當代消費者的期待。在都市化進程加速及私家車保有量增加的背景下,創新且高效的服務模式逐漸成為可以發展的契機。同時,互聯網技術與移動服務的興起,為輪胎替換服務的革新提供了契機。本研究以A公司所提出的「輪通天下」創新商業模式為舉例,「輪通天下」以手機APP為核心,提供到府或定點的輪胎替換服務,推動傳統輪胎產業的數位化轉型,實現便捷、高效的操作流程。該模式整合了移動式平衡行動設備及客制化輪胎等增值服務,並運用大資料分析,根據消費者需求推薦合適的產品與服務。而對輪胎店主而言,此模式能説明吸引更多客戶、優化經營效率並降低運營壓力。
本研究採用問卷調查與商業模式九宮格分析法,針對臺北地區輪胎店主與消費者進行實地調查,研究流程涵蓋市場分析、問卷設計與資料分析,結合質性與量化方法,探索該商業模式未來在中國市場的應用可行性。 經由問卷調研和商業九宮格分析,可以發現輪胎店主與顧客接受該商業模式普遍上雖有進步空間,但在到府服務、客制化輪胎塗層技術、行動換胎車多元的加值服務上,為A公司帶來隱藏的市場潛力,不過仍有可以改善的地方讓A公司實施該商業模式後會有更小風險的經營方式。在商業畫布的分析下,本文最後為該項商業模式提出優化與未來改進方向,包含試小規模營運、APP使用意願、品牌信賴建立、個人化使用資料等注意事項。A公司計畫在中國實施行動換胎服務的構想,不僅能為傳統輪胎產業注入創新活力,還能滿足消費者對高效、便捷服務的需求,為傳統產業的創新發展提供了參考範例,展現新商業模式的應用價值與實踐潛力,在未來若成功實施,將助力輪胎行業升級轉型,為相關企業提供啟發。 As society's demand for convenience and efficiency continues to rise, traditional tire replacement services, perceived as cumbersome and time-consuming, are gradually failing to meet the expectations of modern consumers. Against the backdrop of accelerated urbanization and increasing private car ownership, innovative and efficient service models are emerging as potential opportunities for development. Meanwhile, the rise of internet technology and mobile services has provided a catalyst for the transformation of tire replacement services. This study takes Company A’s innovative business model, “Tires Everywhere” as an example. “Tires Everywhere” revolves around a mobile app that offers on-site or designated-location tire replacement services, driving the digital transformation of the traditional tire industry and enabling a more convenient and efficient service process. This model integrates mobile balancing equipment and customized tire services, utilizing big data analysis to recommend suitable products and services based on consumer needs. For tire shop owners, this model helps attract more customers, optimize business operations, and reduce operational pressure. The study employs a questionnaire survey and the Business Model Canvas analysis method, conducting field research on tire shop owners and consumers in the Taipei area. The research process includes market analysis, questionnaire design, and data analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the feasibility of this business model’s application in the Chinese market. Through survey research and Business Model Canvas analysis, it was found that while there is room for improvement in the acceptance of this business model among tire shop owners and consumers, hidden market potential exists in areas such as on-site services, customized tire coating technology, and diversified value-added services for mobile tire replacement vehicles. However, there are also aspects that need improvement to reduce operational risks when implementing the business model. Based on the Business Model Canvas analysis, this paper proposes optimizations and future improvement directions for the business model, including small-scale trial operations, user willingness to adopt the app, brand trust-building, and personalized user data utilization. Company A’s plan to implement mobile tire replacement services in China not only injects innovative energy into the traditional tire industry but also meets consumers’ demand for high-efficiency and convenient services. This provides a reference example for innovation in traditional industries, demonstrating the value and potential of new business models. If successfully implemented, it will contribute to the upgrade and transformation of the tire industry and offer insights for related enterprises. |
