Abstract: 創新是企業競爭力的重要來源,而要有好的創新先要有好的創意。但組織中似乎有隻看不見的手,不時的干擾部門創意的產出。研究者認為這隻手極有可能是團隊的GuanXi。在本研究中,研究者將GuanXi作為影響團隊創意績效產出的主要變數之外,也嘗試分析GuanXi對於團隊網絡結構指標對於團隊創意績效的影響。結果發現團隊密度、中心性與人情關係有助於團隊創意績效產出;但不論是GuanXi或是其內涵的感情、人情、信任等指標對於團隊創意績效產出皆沒有調節效果。在本研究的觀察中發現,受測的團隊較認同彼此的信任及人情關係,而感情關係整體受測團隊平均數皆為最低,這意謂著現在的企業工工作者顯少與週邊同事建立私人情感,更多的是建立人情互惠與工作能力的信任關係,另外研究者也發現,團隊中如果有好的領導者或是帶領討論的小群體,也有助於內部成員聚焦在問題的討論上,進而創造更多的創意產出。而團隊人際互動越多,越有助於團隊成員產生更多的創意點子,在本次研究中則再度得到了證明。
Innovation is an important source of corporate competitiveness, and to have good innovation, you must first have good ideas. But there seems to be an invisible hand in the organization that interferes with the creative output of departments from time to time. Researchers believe that this hand is most likely the team's GuanXi. In this study, in addition to using GuanXi as the main variable affecting team creative performance output, the researchers also tried to analyze the impact of GuanXi on team network structure indicators on team creative performance. The results show that team density, centrality and Renqing contribute to team creative performance output; however, neither GuanXi nor its connotation of Ganqing, Xinren and other indicators have a moderating effect on team creative performance output. In the observation of this study, it was found that the tested teams recognized each other's Xinren and Renqing more, and the overall average number of the tested teams' emotional relationships was the lowest. This means that today's corporate workers are significantly less likely to establish relationships with their surrounding colleagues. Personal emotions are more about establishing a trusting relationship between reciprocity and work ability. In addition, researchers have also found that if there are good leaders or small groups that lead discussions in the team, it will also help internal members focus on the discussion of issues, thereby creating more creative output. The more interpersonal interactions a team has, the more it helps team members generate more creative ideas, which was once again proven in this study.
