Abstract: | 食農教育為現代的全球性重要議題,我國已於2017年完成了適於國內運用的食農教育ABC模式,並於2022年5月4日開始正式實施《食農教育法》,將食農教育列為「食」、「農」並重的全民終身教育。
小學為我國最主要的食農教育實行場所,但是農事體驗課程之安排為其最大的教學阻礙,而國立臺灣大學園藝暨景觀學系研究團隊已於2023年完成第一代盆栽式食農教育栽培套裝組之開發,為學校解決其教學阻礙。本研究以前述套裝組為基礎,並以小果番茄為試驗植物,進行盆器試驗及肥料試驗,期研發進階型的食農教育果菜類栽培套裝組 (以下稱果菜套裝組) 及其教學模組 (以下稱番茄課程教學模組) 。 盆器試驗所選用的盆器為正四方盆對照組 (盆內徑14 cm、盆內深17.5 cm,容量2.6 L) 、正四方深盆 (盆內徑14 cm、盆內深27.5 cm,容量4.8 L) 及正四方寬盆 (盆內徑30 cm、盆內深17.5 cm,容量12.8 L) 等三種,植物材料為番茄‘瑞珍’。試驗結果顯示,於營養生長方面,正四方寬盆植株有著最優勢的營養生長勢。於生殖生長方面,正四方寬盆植株的單株花序數顯著多於正四方深盆植株。於產量方面,正四方寬盆植株的單株果數顯著多於正四方盆對照組及正四方深盆植株;但處理間的單位種植面積果數之差異並不顯著。因此選用正四方寬盆納入果菜套裝組;惟考量正四方寬盆植株的耐病性不如正四方深盆植株佳,未來建議選用‘惠女’或‘種苗亞蔬22號’等容易栽培且較耐病的番茄品種。 肥料試驗所選用的追肥組合 (N-P2O5-K2O比例) 處理包括A組〔全期 (20-20-20) 〕、B組〔前期 (20-20-20) 、後期 (10-30-20) 〕及C組〔前期 (30-10-10) 、後期 (10-30-20) 〕等三種,植物材料為番茄‘惠女’。於營養生長方面,A組植株有著最優勢的營養生長勢。於生殖生長方面,A組及B組植株的花朵發育情形、結果情形及早熟性皆顯著佳於C組植株。於產量及果實品質方面,A組植株的果徑、果長及單果重皆顯著大於B組植株;A組植株的單株果重顯著大於B組植株,B組植株的單株果重又顯著大於C組植株。因此選用A組〔全期 (20-20-20) 〕納入果菜套裝組。 經由試驗結果所研發之「果菜套裝組」組合如下:正四方寬盆 (盆內徑30 cm、盆內深17.5 cm、容量12.8 L) 1個、無土介質 (pH值為6.3,6 L) 2包、粒狀緩釋肥 (14-9-15,300 g) 1包、粉狀速效肥 (20-20-20,100 g) 1包、苦楝油 (120 mL) 1瓶、50%中性化亞磷酸 (100 mL) 1瓶、移植鏝1支、灑水壺 (2.5 L) 1支、手壓式噴壺 (500 mL) 1支、可疊加園藝支架 (架高45 cm) 9支、魔帶 (20 m) 1綑及植物插牌1支。 番茄課程教學模組以良好飲食習慣之養成為教學宗旨、以小學高年級學童為主要教學對象,其內的教案涵蓋了食農教育ABC模式的全面向教學內容,依序編入了「耕耘」、「見聞」、「養生」、「採收」、「烹調」及「同樂」等6個單元,未來擬以「果菜套裝組」及「番茄課程教學模組」進行現場實際操作,檢討並精進栽培套裝組與體驗活動內容。期待受惠於本食農教育教學模組的學童,自幼即開始重視並建立一套屬於自己的健康飲食觀,進而影響整體社會,以擴大學校食農教育的實行成效,為國家節省醫療支出及找回優良的傳統國風。 In modern times, food and agricultural education is an important global issue. And in Taiwan, the food and agricultural education ABC model, which is suitable for nationals has been completed in 2017. On May 4, 2022, Taiwan “Food and Agricultural Education Act” start enforcing. Since then, food and agricultural education has become a lifelong education for nationwide in Taiwan. In Taiwan, elementary school is the main place to implement food and agricultural education, but the arrangement of farming experience course is the biggest obstacle to them. However, the first-generation potted-type planting kits for food and agricultural education developed by NTU Floriculture Team in 2023 can solve this problem. This research based on the aforementioned planting kits, and uses cherry tomato to do container and fertilizer trials, aims to develop a fruit vegetables-type advanced planting kits (fruit vegetables kits) for food and agricultural education, and its teaching module (tomato course teaching module). The container trial chooses control container (diameter 14 cm, depth 17.5 cm, 2.6 L) , wide container (diameter 30 cm, depth 17.5 cm, 12.8 L) , and deep container (diameter 14 cm, depth 27.5 cm, 4.8 L) as container, tomato ‘Rui-zhen’ as test plant. In terms of vegetative growth, wide container plant has the most advantageous vegetative growth potential. In terms of reproductive growth, the clusters per plant of wide container plant is significantly more than that of deep container plant. In terms of yield, the fruits per plant of wide container plant is significantly more than that of control and deep containers plant, but the difference in fruits per square meter planting area among treatments is not significant. However, considering that the disease tolerance of wide container plant is not as good as that of deep container plant, it is recommended to choose tomato ‘Hui-Nu’ or ‘Seedling ASVEG #22’ to cultivate in the wide container in the future. The fertilizer trial chooses “full period (20-20-20) ” (treatment A) , “early period (20-20-20) , late period (10-30-20) ” (treatment B) , and “early period (30-10-10) , late period (10-30-20) ” (treatment C) as top dressing (N-P2O5-K2O weight percentage) , tomato ‘Hui-Nu’ as test plant. In terms of vegetative growth, treatment A plant has the most advantageous vegetative growth potential. In terms of reproductive growth, the development of flower, fruit bearing, and precocity of treatment A and B plants is better than that of treatment C plant. In terms of yield and fruit quality, the diameter, length, and weight per fruit of treatment A plant are significantly greater than treatment B plant, so the fruit weight per plant of treatment A plant is also significantly greater than treatment B plant. Therefore, “Full period (20-20-20) ” is selected into the fruit vegetables kits. The fruit vegetables kits developed based on the trial results conclude one square wide container (diameter 30 cm, depth 17.5 cm, 12.8 L) , two soilless nursing mediums (pH value 6.3, 6 L), one granular slow-release fertilizer (14-9-15, 300 g) , one powdered quick-acting fertilizer (20-20-20, 100 g) , one neem oil (120 mL) , one 50% neutralized phosphorous acid (100 mL) , one transplanting trowel, one watering can (2.5 L) , one hand-pressed spray can (500 mL) , nine heightened horticultural stalks (height 45 cm) , one twist wire tie (20 m) , and one insert plate. The tomato course teaching module takes the development of good eating habits as the teaching purpose and the elementary school senior students as the main teaching target. The teaching plan it contains covers the comprehensive connotation of the food and agricultural education ABC model, and contains six units in order: “cultivation”, “knowledge”, “health”, “harvesting”, “cooking”, and “parent-child party”. In the future, it is planed to use the “fruit vegetables kits” and the “tomato course teaching module” for on-set actual operation to review and improve the planting kits and the experience activities. After this course, we hope that students will start to establish their own healthy diet concept from an early age. And then influence the entire society to expand the effectiveness of school food and agricultural education. It can save the medical costs and retrieve the fine traditional culture for our country. |
