Abstract: | 本研究圍繞著 3D 列印技術對碳排放減量的推動研究展開,旨在評估該技術如何透過提升原料利用效率和優化製造流程來減少碳足跡。首先描述研究背景,指出消費性電子市場的快速成長及對環境造成的壓力,強調了 3D 列印技術環保潛力的研究意義。採用案例分析法、量化分析以及對照研究,本研究整理了 3D 列印技術的發展歷程,比較了與傳統製造相比該技術在環境效益方面的優勢。本論文建立了碳排放計算公式,量化分析了 3D 列印在消費性電子產品中的應用及其碳排減量潛力,並透過精選案例實證分析,提出有效的碳排放減量策略。研究結論歸納了 3D列印印技術在碳排減量方面的具體貢獻,並對未來的研究提出了展望,預見該技術在環境永續發展中的重要角色。 This study revolves around the application of 3D printing technology in the field of consumer electronics and its contribution to carbon emission reduction, aiming to evaluate how this technology can reduce the carbon footprint by improving the efficiency of raw material utilization and optimizing manufacturing processes. The paper begins by outlining the research background, noting the rapid growth of the consumer electronics market and the resulting environmental pressures, and emphasizing the significance of researching the environmental potential of 3D printing technology. Using case study analysis, quantitative analysis, and comparative research, this study traces the development of 3D printing technology, comparing its environmental benefits with those of traditional manufacturing. The paper establishes a carbon emission calculation model, quantitatively analyzes the application of 3D printing in consumer electronic products and its potential for emission reduction, and through carefully selected case studies, proposes effective carbon emission reduction strategies. The research conclusion summarizes the specific contributions of 3D printing technology to carbon reduction and looks forward to the future research, foreseeing the important role of this technology in environmentally sustainable development. |
