It highlights ChatGPT''s initial user adoption and advanced capabilities, and how its evolution into a platform addresses specific user challenges and expands its functional range. The study emphasizes user perspectives, particularly ChatGPT Plus users, uncovering their experiences and the potential for monetization strategies aligned with user demands. It situates ChatGPT within the competitive landscape of generative AI, assessing its strategic positioning and broader industry impact. Conclusively, the thesis underscores the significance of user-centric design, innovation, and sustainable monetization in shaping the future of AI platforms. |
