dc.description.abstractIt is considered a norm in Malaysia for middle-class and upper-class parents sending their children to after-school tutoring class to further improve thinking skills, academic performance, and develop better study habits. Yet, not every student can afford after-school programs, especially those students from poor families. During the Pandemic, it has accelerated the digital transformation worldwide. The Malaysian government has transformed the physical classes online which enable students to engage with the technology earlier. In fact, this can be a good alternative method of learning in future instead of going through the physical classes. The business plan is to catch the market trends by proposing tutoring video streaming and online classes which were contributed from tutors in the platform. The platform focuses on primary and secondary school students, offering a flexible and affordable learning program in the Malaysia market. The massive tutoring video content and live tutoring classes in the platform creates competitive advantages and stands out from others. The platform is promoting eco-friendly learning programs to reduce the demand for papers which help to reduce deforestation and global warming issues. Besides, the services provided in the platform are decreasing the need for student travel to tuition center. This can help to mitigate the traffic condition and reduce the carbon dioxide emissions.en
