摘要: | 封測業有一句名言「IC封裝良率在不知怎麼變好的情況下,就會不知怎麼變差」。G公司為本研究目標,其在封裝測試業發展多年,一直居於即時測試治具市場的領導者。為維持其領導地位,G公司有必要在新產品開發專案採用超前部署策略以維持關鍵客戶之信任與長期合作關係,解決G公司所處產業必須面對的客戶集中風險。 本研究採用個案研究方式,透過訪談瞭解G公司的願景與核心能力,採SWOT分析支持G公司應採行超前部署策略。接著建立G公司超前部署策略下的策略地圖,並與專案目前的策略地圖相比較,以指出目前專案執行為實現超前部署策略應有的長期調整方向。最後,依據長期調整方向以建立G公司短期平衡計分卡。 Semiconductor assembly has a saying “The yield is knowingly got better, and also is got worse” G company always is leadership of Open and Short testing in the past years. It’s necessary to adopt “Edge-Centric Strategy ” for new product development. To maintain sense of trust and long-term corporation with key customer, and has to solve suffering concentration risk of customer. In the case study, planning to recognize the corporate vision and core competencies of G company in terms of in-depth interview, and support G company to adopt Edge-Centric Strategy by SWOT analysis. And compared with the strategy map of the existing project, refer the current project for long-term planning adjustments to achieve edge centric strategy. In order to improve current situation that provide Short-term Balance Score Card for G Company reference. |
