摘要: | 隨著二十一世紀流行性病毒新冠肺炎肆虐全球,人類除了期盼疫苗與解藥之餘,隨著醫療診斷技術進步與發展,遠距醫療可以在此疫情中發揮關鍵的作用,讓全球醫療體系認同也決意發展遠距醫療這塊新領域,來因應未來可能性的流行性病毒。 早在2020年開始,歐美各國相繼建置遠距醫療看診平台。許多外國政府在疫情期間開始利用遠距醫療看診平台對一般或偏遠地區執行遠距醫療看診,所執行之案子後續帶來許多成功案例。疫情後期也由於5G網路傳輸速度技術提升,穿戴式健康設備和手機App的廣泛應用,讓遠距醫療看診的便利性提升許多。 不過,隨著時間的演進,遠距醫療看診出現了未滿足的需求點。遠端醫療看診醫師無法精準了解病患的病徵情況。各國醫療器材廠商則開始的著手創新醫療器材,希望能利用醫療器材協助遠距醫療看診,讓醫師將能透過圖像、數據來做精準的判斷,即能提高醫療品質也能拉近醫生與病患關係。 本篇論文研究採用個案研究法,根據近期美國、台灣的遠距醫療市場發展現況進行分析,並針對遠距醫療看診未滿足需求點,利用遠距醫療商M公司之成功案例為研究對象,提出台灣醫療器材商未來在遠距醫療市場的策略方向。在研究過程中,利用PEST 架構闡釋遠距醫療市場的政治、經濟、社會、技術等面向。進而,使用波特五力分析架構對台灣遠距醫療器材產業之競爭水平分析進行歸納,再利用買方和供應商的議價能力、新參與者和替代者的風險等行業力量等情報中解析遠距醫療器材商在市場銷售時的利基點。最後,本研究使用SWOT模型分析傳統醫療器材商轉入遠距醫療器材製造商之優勢、劣勢、威脅與機會。 期待此研究能對台灣傳統醫療器材商跨足創新遠距醫療市場的個人或企業,提供更精準的遠距醫療器材市場定位之參考與見解。 With the big disease Covide-19 in the 21st century around the world, people expect vaccines, medicine, and the improvement of medical diagnostic technology. In the past two years, people under a serious pandemic situation, and find out that telemedicine is a good solution to the pandemic. The whole global medical system agrees with telemedicine and start to develop telemedicine to prevent possible future pandemic situations. As early as 2020, some European and American countries have built up many streaming medical platforms and network systems related to telemedicine. Western governments have started to use telemedicine platforms to serve under-allocated areas or remote sites. They got great results and succeed in many cases through telemedicine. Nowadays, due to the improvement of 5G network transmission speed technology, and the wide application of wearable medical devices and mobile phones, the convenience of telemedicine consultation has been greatly improved. However, over time, there has been an unmet need for telehealth visits. Telemedicine physicians cannot accurately understand the patient's symptoms. Medical instrument manufacturers in various countries have begun to innovate medical equipment, hoping to use medical equipment to assist in telemedicine consultations, so that doctors will be able to make accurate judgments through images and data, which can improve the quality of medical care and bring closer the relationship between doctors and patients. The research content of this paper has been grounded from the analysis of the recent development of the telemedicine market in the United States and Taiwan. The author has aimed at the unmet demand for telemedicine consultation, used the successful case of the telemedicine business case M Company as the research object, and then discussed the v future strategic direction of Taiwan medical instruments manufacturers in the telemedicine market. In addition, the PEST structure is used to analyze the politics, economy, society, and technology of the telemedicine market. Furthermore, I used the framework of Porter's five forces to analyze the competition level of Taiwan's telemedicine equipment industry. Use the bargaining power of buyers and suppliers, the risk of new players and substitutes, and other industry forces to analyze the niche points of telemedicine equipment manufacturers in the market. Finally, I have adopted the SWOT framework to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of traditional medical equipment manufacturers turning into telemedicine equipment manufacturers. I hope that this research can provide more accurate references and insights for the positioning of the telemedicine market for individuals or companies that are entering the innovative telemedicine market by traditional medical instruments manufacturers in Taiwan. |
