摘要: | 企業的經營需要持續穩定的獲利,定位企業的核心價值,在產業變化、新的替代品,上市所發動的動態競爭中,企業如何迅速修正策略,重新檢視及分配核心資源,成為企業永續經營的最重要課題。
因應動態競爭中來自客戶、競爭者、及其公司自己本身與企業所處的競爭環境的不確定性,需要重新決定新的策略方向與目標,考慮公司轉型的內外阻礙因素。 企業轉型變革的第一步,應該要考慮聘用新管理者(或原有管理者改變策略思維)來領導企業重整。轉型的最大關鍵是要先「轉念」,組織就是由一群人執行的團體,組織中最重要的是具有符合公司策略的組織文化。對的文化才能支持對的策略,對的策略需要強力有效的執行。 本文的探討就是希望能找出企業重生發展的策略。以台灣的甲公司為案例,並且也加以了解日航、LEGO 樂高以及IBM的轉型重生發展過程實例。找出轉型成功的關鍵要素及發展軌跡,希望藉此能提供企業在艱困黯淡的經營時,重生發展的根本之道。 The operation of the enterprise needs the sustained and stable profit, define the core value of the enterprise, how quickly the enterprise could corrects the strategy, re-examines and re-distributes the core resources during the dynamic competition condition of the industrial change and the new substitute launched, becomes the crucial factor and reaction of sustainable management for the business. In view of the uncertainty of dynamic competition from customers, competitors, and their own competitive environment with enterprises, it is require to redefine the new strategic direction and objectives, taking into account the internal and external obstacles to the transformation of the company. The first step in the transformation of an enterprise should be to consider recruiting new manager (or change the strategic measurement of the current manager) to lead the enterprise reorganization. The significantly and primary key to transformation is "mindset change", the organization is a group of people to execute, the core objective in the organization is to have an imperatively organizational culture in line with the company's strategy. The right culture can support the right strategy each way then it will needs to be implemented vigorously and effectively. The research within in this case study is that we hope to find out the suitable strategy for the development of enterprise rebirth. Take company X in Taiwan as a case, and also learn about the transformation and rebirth development process examples among JAL, LEGO, IBM. To discover the key elements and the trajectory of development to the success pace of the transformation. By providing the very fundamental method of their rebirth development to enterprises while suffering the difficultly and struggle operation circumstance. |
