Abstract: 轉型是所有產業與所有企業必須面對的重大課題。隨著政策法規、產業結構、需求、科技的改變,企業的策略佈局實在很難一成不變。特別是台灣再生能源產業正處在所有因素同時都在改變的時候,法規已排定期程逐步電業自由化,產業結構由獨佔將轉為競爭市場,綠電需求與應用不斷擴增,科技創新帶來新的想像領域,無不使得屬於傳統產業的台灣再生能源業者也蠢蠢欲動。近年,全球再生能源產業已開始投入鉅資研究區塊練技術的相關需求案例,企圖翻轉能源產業。台灣是否應該跟進?本研究的目的之一是為了探討哪些區塊鏈技術的需求案例類型適合引進台灣。
再者,本研究根據富崴能源公司個案,以五力分析模型重新審視產業環境,分析產業競爭力,確認產業發展定位與目標顧客市場。搭配目標顧客市場的價值主張,找到同時滿足需求端與供給端的區塊鏈技術之需求案例類型,及擴展的優先順序。
有了新的策略佈局,組織如何進行變革? 本研究也透過企業經營管理框架、及資源基礎理論,進一步盤點與彙整分析個案公司的組織是否有足夠能力與資源及興業的組織模式選擇。 期望透過本研究成果可以提供富崴能源公司擁抱區塊鏈應用優先序與興業組織模式的參考。
Transformation is a major issue that all industries and all enterprises must face. It’s too hard to stay tuned with the changes in policies and regulations, industrial structure, demand, and technology. Evidently Taiwan’s renewable energy industry is at a critical moment since all factors above are changing at the same time. Regulations for liberalization of the electricity market has already been scheduled. Industrial structure will be converted to a competitive market from a monopoly. Renewalbe energy needs and applications are estimated to grow. Technological innovation benefits businesses in may new areas. So vendors in renewable energy industry are anxious to have a try by technology, although Taiwan’s renewable energy industry is classified as traditional industry. In recent years, there are many significant investment in developing blockchain innovation projects and research initiates that aim to revolve the renewable energy industry. The one of purposes of this study is to explore blockchain adoption of renewable energy industry in Taiwan.
Based on the actual case of Shinfox Energy, this study also use Five Force Model to review industrial environment, to analyze competition of Shinfox Energy, and to determine the desired market position and target customers. In addition, leveraging the value proposition with the defined target maket group is to find out and prioritize use case types of blockchain by the interaction of supply and demand in the renewable energy market.
How do your enterprise make changes if there is a new business strategy? This study also through the enterprise management framework (CSOP) and resource-based theory (RBV) to further check and summarize the capabilities and resources the reside within Shinfox Energy and which organizational structure is right for new business. Finally, it is hoped that these research results can provide Shinfox Energy some references when they consider to set up an organizational structure for the adoption of the blockchain applications.
