Abstract: | 物聯網(Internet of Things, IoT) 的實現,將會結合數種科技產業活動,物聯網適切地應用到產業,將形成ㄧ個無可避免的趨勢。本研究認為,具立即性、屬地性與網路破碎性的物聯網市場,不容易有贏者全拿的現象,將提供台灣廠商ㄧ個絕佳的利基點,若能掌握台灣在IC設計的技術優勢、做好市場定位、進而分析目標客群,尋找合作夥伴與建立策略聯盟,未來將是大有可為。
本論文將探討在物聯網的趨勢下,利用產業分析與探討三大記憶體產業發展軌跡,台灣記憶體IC設計公司該如何避免進入紅海競爭,同時發展適合的藍海策略。個案公司可以根據藍海策略中的四大行動,提出Memory IC Design在未來的競爭策略,找出適合個案公司在物聯網市場的價值曲線。最後利用典範轉移的概念,尋求個案公司的永續經營模式。 This paper will explore how to use industry analysis and explore the development track of the three memory industries under the trend of the Internet of Things. How can Taiwan Memory IC Design Company avoid entering the red ocean competition and develop a suitable blue ocean strategy? Based on the four actions framework in the blue ocean strategy, fabless memory IC design company can propose a competitive strategy and develop a suitable value curve in the IoT market. Finally, employing the concept of paradigm shift, we seek the sustainable business model. |
