摘要: | 本研究之目的在於探討螺旋藻與龍鬚菜藻粉及其脂質抽出物中含有的成分對九孔攝餌促進之效果,期能對九孔人工飼料的開發有所助益。 實驗分為二部份。實驗一以魚粉和豆粉為主要蛋白質來源的飼料,分別添加10%螺旋藻或龍鬚菜藻粉及此二藻粉的脂質抽出物、氯仿沖提物、丙酮沖提物及甲醇沖提物,發現添加10%螺旋藻粉及其丙酮沖提物組有較佳的日增殼長。在攝餌量上,以添加螺旋藻丙酮沖提物、甲醇沖提物及龍鬚菜甲醇沖提物組最多。實驗二則以成長效果較佳的螺旋藻丙酮沖提物、甲醇沖提物及龍鬚菜丙酮沖提物、甲醇沖提物,以及添加不同含量的螺旋藻粉之飼料對九孔成長之影響。結果在螺旋藻脂質抽出物組中以0.25%螺旋藻丙酮沖提物有較佳的增重率及日增殼長,其次為0.2%與0.4%螺旋藻甲醇沖提物組。在龍鬚菜脂質抽出物組中以0.06%與0.12%龍鬚菜甲醇沖提物組有較佳的增重率與日增殼長。添加0.25%螺旋藻丙酮沖提物組有較大的攝餌量,其次為0.2%、0.4%螺旋藻甲醇沖提物及0.06%、0.12%龍鬚菜甲醇沖提物組。 This study is conducted to promote feed intake for Taiwanese abalone by supplemented of Spirulina power Gracilaria power and their lipid-extract components,which will get more benefit in the future for developing artificial diets of Taiwanese abalone. The experiment was performed in two parts.In experimentⅠ,The main sources of protein were fish meal and soybean meal which was supplemented with 10% Spirulina or Gracilaria powder and their lipid-extract、chloroform fraction、acetone fraction and methanol fraction diets.It's found that the Taiwanese abalone fed with 10% Spirulina powder and its acetone fraction diets had better daily shell growth.Spirulina acetone fraction、methanol fraction diets and Gracilaria methanol fraction diet which getting more feed intake.In experimentⅡ,It's to study on the growth of Spirulina acetone fraction、methanol fraction diets and Gracilaria acetone fraction、methanol fraction diets for Taiwanese abalone. The results were that 0.25% Spiralina acetone fraction diet had better percent weight gain and daily shell growth,followed by 0.2% and 0.4% Spiralina methanol fraction diets.In the groups of Gracilaria were that 0.06% and 0.12% Gracilaria methanol fraction diets had the best percent weight gain and daily shell growth.The Taiwanese abalone fed with 0.25% Spirulina acetone fraction diet had more feed intake,followed by 0.2%、0.4%Spirulina methanol fraction diets and 0.06%、0.12% Gracilaria methanol fraction diets. |
