Abstract: | 本實驗的目的在研究由小白鼠貯精囊分泌液中純化出的一種 Kazal- type trypsin inhibitor (SVTI-trypsin inhibitor purified from seminal vesicle)對3T3細胞生長的影響。SVTI可以促進MTT( 3-(4,5- dimethyl thiazoyl-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide)於細胞內的還原,也促進3H-Thymidine於DNA複製時的使用率,因此SVTI具有刺激細胞生長的活性。由125I-EGF與SVTI之結合性質而知在3T3細胞上的結合部位不同,推測 SVTI和EGF乃經由不同的受體以行使其功能。 A Kazal-type trypsin inhibitor was purified from mouse seminal vesicle secretion. It enhanced the reduction of MTT(3,(4,5-dimethylthiazoyl-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) in the 3T3 cell and potentiated the incorporation of 3H-Thymidine in DNA replication. Apparently, the trypsin inhibitor stimulated the cell growth. However, the binding of EGF to its receptor was not influenced by the presence of this trypsin inhibitor, suggesting that the growth effect of the trypsin inhibitor might be through a mechanism different from that of EGF. |
