Abstract: | 吳郭魚( Tilapia )是原產於非洲的熱帶魚種,牠是雜食性魚類、肉質鮮美、無細刺、環境的適應力強、抗病力佳等養殖優勢,成為全世界第三大養春殖魚種,但是由於吳郭魚的養殖有多產及早產的缺點,故本實驗採用(Oreochromis niloticus×Oreochromis aureus)雜交單性魚為實驗對象。類胰島素生長因數( Insulin - 1ike growth factors , IGFs )已經證明具有增進魚類生長的效果。本研究在飼料中添加由大腸桿菌(E. co1i)及酵母菌(Candida uti1itus )生產的吳郭魚類胰島素生長因數一II( Insulin -1ike growth factor–II , IGF-II ),探討對成長的影響。 實驗一:每 100g 飼料中添加含 IGF–II 的 E. coli粉末量 0 , 0. 018 , 0.035 , 0.07g 與不包覆和經包覆的純 IGF -II 0 . 2 mg ,以及含 IGF–I的E. coli .粉末 0.5g 比較。經過飼養 42 天後,結果以每100g飼料中添加含 IGF–II的E. co1i粉末 0 . 018g 組增重率達 1481 %較佳。 重複與持續:由實驗一結果選取每100g飼料中添加含IGF–II 的E. coli .粉末 0 , 0.018g 及含IGF-I 的 E. coli.粉末0.5g 。經過飼養 84 天後,結果以每 100g 飼料中添加含 IGF–II 的E.coli. 粉末0.018g 組增重率及飼料效率最佳分別為 1073 %及 80 % 。 實驗二:每100公克飼料中添加純酵母菌量 0 , 0.5, 1.5 , 2 , 2.5 g 及含 IGF–II 的 yeast 粉末量 0 , 0.5 , 1.5 , 2 , 2.5g 等,與分別含 IGF - I 的E. coli .粉末 0 . 5g 與IGF-II 的E.coli '.粉末 0.009 、0.018g 以及含 IGF-I 0.5g 與 IGF-II 0.018g的E. coli .粉末組比較,經過飼養70 天後。結果以每 100g 飼料中添加含 IGF -II 的E. coli. 粉末 0 . 018g 組的增重率及飼料效率最佳,分別為 563 %及 80 %。在添加含 IGF -II 的 yeast 粉末組別中則以每 100 公克飼料中添加含 IGF - II 的 yeast 粉末 2.5g 的增重率及飼料效率較佳,分別為557%及79%。 Tilapia ,a kind of tropic teleost, is originally distributed in Africa. The annual production of cultured tilapia is ranked third in the world fish production, because of their culture attributes : omnivorous, excellent flesh, hardy and disease tolerance. However, Tilapia has the disadvantage of early reproduction and prolific characteristics. The tilapia strain used in this study was the monosexual hybrid (Oreochromis niloticus x Oreochromis aureus) . The fact that Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) can enhance the growth of fish is clearly demonstrated. This study is aimed to compare the growth performance of the tilapias which were fed with recombinant Insulin-like growth factor- II (IGF-II) from E. coli and yeast(Candida utilitus). The experiments perfumed in clouded: Experiment 1: Each100g feed separately added IGF-II produced by E. coli 0, 0.0 18, 0.035, 0.07g, pure IGF-II 0.2mg without and with gelatin enclosed and IGF-I produced by E. coli 0.5g per 100 g diet. After 42 days feeding, the best result for these 7 groups was to add IGF-II produced by E. coli 0.01 8g per 100 g diet which the weight gain was1481%. Repeat and continue: Each 100g feed separately added IGF-II produced by E. coli 0, 0.018 and IGF-I produced by E. coli 0.5 g per 100 g diet. After 84 days feeding, the best result for 3 groups was to feed IGF-II produced by E. coli 0.018 g per 100 g diet which got the best weight gain 1073% and feed efficiency reach to 80%. Experiment 2: Each l00g feed separately added 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5g yeast powder, 0.5,1.0, 1.5, 2, 2.5g yeast of IGF-II, 0.5g E. coli of IGF-I, 0.009, 0.018g E. coli of IGF-II, and one group combined 0.5g E. coli of IGF-I and 0.018g E- coli of IGF-II. After 70 days feeding, the best result for 15 groups was to feed IGF-II produced by E. coli 0.018 g per 100 g diet which got the best weight gain 563% and feed efficiency reach to 80%. Among the groups fed with IGF-II produced by yeast, to feed 2.5 g yeast of IGF-II had the better weight gain 557% and feed efficiency reach to 79%. |
