dc.description.abstract台灣的溪哥分為粗首?和平頷?兩種。同功異構?及粒腺體DNA的資料顯示,粗首?以高屏溪為界,分為粗首?南型及粗首?北型,平頷?依據外表形態分為平頷?日本型及平頷?台灣型。本研究利用兩種不同的選殖方法,由粗首?基因體中篩選出12個可跨種適用於平頷?的微隨體基因座,對13條溪流中405個溪哥個體作基因型判讀。以此作為分子標記,分析粗首?和平頷?的遺傳組成,顯示在篩選出的微隨體基因座上,粗首?和平頷?間有明顯的分化,而粗首?南型和北型、平頷?台灣型和日本型間,也有一定的差異。平頷?種內兩型間的差異較粗首?大,同時平頷?日本型的多型性甚高,推測平頷?日本型可能是日本的平頷?經放流而來。
粗首?不同族群間的分化程度頗高(FST值平均值為0.244)。而根據地理位置,將粗首?族群區分為北部(淡水河及蘭陽溪)、中部(後龍溪、大肚溪、樸子溪及曾文溪)、南部(枋山溪及高屏溪,即粗首?南型)和東部(秀姑巒溪、利嘉溪、知本溪及太麻?溪)四個地理區,地理區內的遺傳距離及分化程度(FST值)基本上較地理區間來得小。同時南部族群與北部族群間的差異很明顯。
利用8個微隨體基因座基因型資料進行歸類分析(assignment test),可將未知來源的粗首?或平頷?個體歸類至正確的來源族群中(正確率為97%),但無法將淡水河的個體歸類至正確的支流(正確率為81%及64%)。台灣的溪哥在流域間的分化程度很高,但在流域中不同支流間的分化程度不高。
東部河川的粗首?係經放流而來,親緣關係樹及歸類分析的結果顯示,東部族群的來源主要是北部的淡水河及中部的大肚溪。
