Abstract: | 現今不論公司的企業型態為何,想要在全球競爭激烈的市場當中脫穎而出,在產品或原物料的採購方面必須要選擇適當的供應商來滿足產品上的需求,而企業如何將採購的成本降到最低以及找到維持穩定供給的供應商來互相配合便成了一個很重要的問題,解決問題最有效的方法就是執行多數供應商選擇政策。本研究以「連鎖藥局」作為研究對象,藥局為了因應市場需求急劇變動所帶來的影響,在面對供應商所提供不同的供貨條件時,會與供應商議定買賣合約,合約內容主要是承諾購買的最低數量,或是大量採購之下取得數量折扣之優惠價格。本研究建立一套有利的整數規劃採購模型,當連鎖藥局面臨其藥品需求時,能去選擇不同供應商決定其採購策略,達成最小化採購成本的目標。研究最後也以連鎖藥局的實際例子去作數值分析,比較現有連鎖藥局的採購模式和運用本研究整數規劃模型下所求得的採購成本何者比較低,實驗結果發現運用本模型去作採購決策可為連鎖藥局省下將近原有成本 4% 的價錢,為連鎖藥局帶來更大的利潤。 Nowadays, regardless of the company's business type, if a company wants to stand out in the globally competitive market, it must choose the suitable vendor to meet the demands of the product. How do companies find vendors that maintain stable supply and cooperate with each other in order to minimize the purchase cost, has become a very important subject. To solve the problem, the most effective way is multi-vendor selection. This paper considers the “Pharmacy Chain Stores” as the research object. The pharmacy chain stores will negotiate the contract with the vendor in order to respond the impact of drastic changes in market demand. The content of the contract is about the minimum commitment or the quantity discount. This paper establishes the integer programming model. When the pharmacy chain stores realize their drug demand, they can choose multiple vendors to determine its procurement strategy and achieve the goal of minimizing purchase costs. Then, this paper used the practical practices of pharmacy chain stores for numerical analysis, comparing the purchase cost with the procurement mode of pharmacy chain stores and the integer programming model of this study to verify which one has the lowest cost. The experimental results found that it could save about 4% of the purchase cost for the pharmacy chain stores when using the integer programming model, and make more profitable for the pharmacy chain stores. |
