Abstract: | 改革開放以來,企業作為我國經濟發展的原動力,正不斷呈現出新的變化,其中最顯著的一個特徵表現為:企業組織規模不斷擴張,企業集團逐漸成為一種重要的組織形式。但與此同時,企業集團對下屬成員企業的管控體系並未隨之科學有效地建立起來,許多企業集團的衰落正是由於其管控體系的效力缺失所造成。實踐總是先於理論,當前國內學術界對管控模式的研究仍較少,部分研究也存在理論與實踐脫節,甚至不符的情況。
本研究對國內外現有的企業集團管控模式研究進行了系統性的回顧與評述,並選取最具代表性、應用範圍最廣的管控模式三分法理論作為基礎理論框架,去審視筆者所在橫店集團的管控模式。通過對橫店集團早期及當前管控模式類型的整體結構、管控特徵、管控手段及管控效果的剖析,筆者深入探究了其存在的問題及局限性,並在此基礎上,結合外部環境特徵、集團發展情況以及其他大型企業集團的管理實踐,對橫店集團管控模式進行了系統優化與改進,制定了相應完備的管控手段措施,同時對其有效性進行了深度分析。 Since the reform and opening up, enterprises, as the driving force of China's economic development, are constantly showing new changes.And one of it's most prominent features is that: the scale of enterprise organizations continues to expand, enterprise groups have gradually become an important form of organization. But at the same time, the management and control system of enterprise groups to the subordinate member enterprises has not been set up scientifically and effectively. The decline of many enterprise groups is due to the lack of effectiveness of the management and control system. Practice always precedes theory. At present, there are few studies on the mode of management and control in domestic academic circles, and some of them are out of line with practice or even inconsistent. This study systematically reviews and comments on the existing research on management and control mode of enterprise groups at home and abroad, and chooses the most representative and widely used three-part theory of management and control mode as the basic theoretical framework to examine the management and control mode of Hengdian Group. Through the analysis of the overall structure, characteristics, means and effects of the early and current management and control modes of Hengdian Group, the author deeply explores the existing problems and limitations. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of external environment, the development of the Group and the management practice of other large enterprise groups, the management and control mode of Hengdian Group has been systematically optimized and reformed. At the same time, the effectiveness of these measures is analyzed in depth. |
