摘要: | 鳳梨依據行政院農業農委會農業年報統計其產量與產值居果樹之冠,為重要的外銷果品,故本研究為瞭解金鑽鳳梨於各運銷通路的附加價值,分析金鑽鳳梨運銷過程所產生的附加價值。首先,研究金鑽鳳梨在各運銷角色的成本結構,因農產品在供給及需求差異的傳遞過程中所產生農產品價格的不同,其所產生的成本結構為何,其次,分析金鑽鳳梨在各運銷角色的附加價值,因各個運銷角色存在不同的附加價值,各自提供何種附加價值,最後,比較金鑽鳳梨各運銷路徑的效率,因為消費者選擇多,反而無法瞭解各供應鏈價值的效率,故瞭解每各供應鏈合作的路徑進行效率分析,以提供消費者最佳消費路徑參考。 According to the annual agricultural report of the Executive Committee of Agriculture and Agriculture Committee of the Executive Yuan, pineapple is the highest in fruit and tree production, and is an important export fruit. Therefore, this study aims to understand the added value of pineapple in each distribution channel, and analyzes the added value of the pineapple transportation and distribution process. First of all, to study the cost structure of each sales role of pineapple, due to the difference in prices of agricultural products produced in the process of supply and demand differences in agricultural products, why the resulting cost structure is, and secondly, to analyze the added value of each sales role of pineapple, Due to the different added value of each transportation role, what additional value is provided by each. Finally, compare the efficiency of each sales route of pineapple. Because consumers have more choices, they can not understand the efficiency of value of each supply chain, so understand each supply chain cooperation. The path is for efficiency analysis to provide consumers with the best consumption path reference. |
