Abstract: | 傳統保險服務,事前核保與事後理賠程序勞神費力、曠日費時。除了繁瑣過程外,傳統保險理賠償付擁有對賭疑慮,且保費基金投資雖得獲取利差益,但也因此增加相關營運或法遵等成本,導致保費中附加費用率的增加,甚至理賠更加嚴苛,消費者不願投保而收益下降等惡性循環。本研究欲尋求一回歸「保險本質」為本質的風險分攤互助模式,使個人欲分擔之風險與其所付出之費用相當,創造一個健康的風險分擔生態系。
本研究自分析保險市場數據,解析保險服務流程出發,探究傳統保險的現有缺陷,發現附加費用佔比、核保理賠程序與消費者體驗等面向之問題,在傳統保險模式下,消費者付出之時間、勞力、費用等成本,多於與其所分擔之風險。針對上述問題,本研究以新興P2P保險業者為學習對象,提出P2P保險平台創新商業模式,將風險分攤互助模式,以網路科技有效調配資源,以點對點模式聚集相似風險承擔人分擔彼此風險,藉由群組成員的互相監督,降低理賠發生率。在物聯網等技術發展下,車險保費得以更精準計算,寵物保險亦是我國保險常年的市場缺口,本研究的P2P保險平台將以此二種保險出發,瞄準風險精算與市場缺口,期待商業模式成熟後進入其他財產保險與人身保險市場,創造更大效益。 透過P2P保險平台商業模式與應用科技,可達到保險項目更加多元客制、避免利益衝突、資金流動之透明化、快速簡易之作業流程、增進風險控管並降低保險詐騙,以及降低營運成本,保費忠實反應風險等效益,保戶亦得擁有更好的保險體驗,增加投保意願,日常生活中有更佳的風險保障。另外,保險群組成員亦得透過人與人的接觸與連結,拓展無限可能。 The financial institutions are facing the serious challenge in the Fintech era. The traditional insurance process makes customer experience worsen. And the insurance companies focusing on investment result in higher cost and insurance premium, which makes a vicious circle for the insurance service. This research tries to build a business model which is pure based on the essence of insurance: risk sharing. Though analysis of insurance market data and traditional insurance process, we can find out there are lots of problem in traditional insurance service, including slow process and overpaid premium. And this research also makes case studies on Peer-to-peer insurance companies. Then tries to build a business model of Peer-to-peer insurance platform to inject technology and transparency into insurance industry that often lacks both. Creating an insurance experience that is fast, affordable and hassle-free to deliver a great customer experience. The Peer-to-peer insurance platform herein is focus on vehicle and pet insurance. Due to the technology of Internet of Things, we can calculate a more precise premium on usage-based insurance of vehicle. And there is a market gap in pet insurance in Taiwan. The Peer-to-peer insurance platform herein will grow in both, and then expand to the property and casualty insurance. Finally, enter the health and life insurance market to transform the very business model of insurance and build a great insurance ecosystem. |
