Abstract: | This business plan was undertaken to determine whether it is feasible to promote interactive rehabilitation software in United States.
TeleRehab, founded in Taiwan since 2011, is a first tele-rehabilitation company which is targeted for aged people, disabled people, and stroke patients by providing interactive all-in-one rehabilitation solutions. Given the long time consuming for patients to access to the labor-intensive rehabilitation therapy in the hospital, and the emerging supply shortage risks and high expenditure of the physiotherapists become the major challenges for consumers, hospitals and care centers. TeleRehab’s self-developed software apply AI technology to actively guide patients to operate the required gestures and been traceable and feedback to the analysis system by connecting with Kinect sensors and can operate in any camera-installed personal computers. This innovative rehabilitation solution is considered being more affordable, anytime and anywhere. For further business expansion, TeleRehab targets for United States market which advance Taiwan’s on the market size and purchasing power per capita. Resource utilization and rapid market penetration will be the targets for TeleRehab to deploy the business plan. This business plan includes the company introduction, description of the products and services, overall analysis of the rehabilitation industry status and the current issues in the United States. TeleRehab’s market penetration strategies will be discovered. Furthermore, a financial analysis was executed to determine whether the proposed plan offers a profitable investment, including staff and sales plan, and the creation of an income statement and cash flows plans, and finally generate a conclusion based on the analysis. The purpose of this business plan is to consider relevant factors, compile information, in order to fulfill the success objectives and verify the proposed business plans. |
