婚姻暴力被害人保護服務方案成效評估

Abstract

本文為婚姻暴力被害人保護服務方案成效評估研究。本研究採質量整合研究設計，結合了質化與量化資料進行分析，包括：（1）社工焦點團體（N=2）；（2）婚暴個案深度訪談（N=7）；（3）婚暴個案單一組前後測（N=10）。 社工焦點團體與婚暴個案深度訪談研究發現，個案接受保護服務方案介入後，在自我保護能力、身心狀況、受暴程度、施暴者行為、受暴關係、婚姻暴力迷思、對未來生活的方向感、夫妻互動模式與社會支持系統等層面有所改善。婚暴個案單一組前後測研究結果也一致發現，個案的婚姻暴力迷思、受暴程度與自我保護策略有正向顯著的改善。多數個案對社工提供的服務感到滿意，並建議增加加害人處遇服務。最後本研究提出建議、限制、貢獻與對未來研究之建議。

This study evaluates the efficacy of the protective services program for victims of domestic violence by their intimate partner. The research design is mixed methods, combined with quantitative and qualitative data. The analysis includes: (1) 2 social workers participating in the focus group; (2) conducting in-depth interviews with 7 victims of domestic violence; (3) one-group pretest-posttest design completed by 10 victims of domestic violence. The focus group and in-depth interviews with clients revealed that clients improved in regard to their self-defense ability, body-mind condition, frequency of domestic violence, domestic violence offenders' behaviors, abusive relationship, domestic violence myths, future life direction, couples' interaction pattern and social support system with the aid of the protective service program. One-group pretest-posttest design also indicated that the clients exhibited positive and significant improvement concerning their domestic violence myths, frequency of domestic violence and self-defense strategy. Most of the participants were satisfied with social worker services, and some suggested that the government should provide offender treatment programs. Finally, suggestions, limitations, contributions and directions for future research are discussed.
