Abstract: 21世紀人工智慧科技高度競爭的時代,企業經理人要面對激進式創新 (Radical Innovation) 與破壞式創新 (Disruptive Innovation) 的威脅,如何帶領企業進入跨領域的整合與數位轉型已經是一個關乎企業生存的重要課題,製造業等傳統企業的策略思維應從降低成本與增加差異化的目標,改變到應用資訊改變競爭範圍進而創造新的優勢。
本研究目的,希望能幫助許多非數位原生企業真正開始落實數位轉型策略。所以試圖從傳統產業為何制定數位轉型策略為出發,以了解傳統產業為何制定數位轉型策略的原因,進而探討企業經理人落實企業轉型策略遇到最重要的問題:
一、WHO-企業中「誰」來執行數位轉型策略。
二、HOW-企業中「如何」落實數位轉型策略。
三、WHAT--企業落實數位轉型策略的「行動藍圖」為何。
本研究的個案公司是一個數位時代兩階段轉型的最佳例子,也是台灣目前許多製造業數位轉型企業的縮影。透過本研究分析個案的經驗,將可以成為許多已經或是未來希望執行數位轉型策略的企業參考與自省的範例。本研究大膽建議,落實數位轉型策略行動方案的三步驟:
第一步:設計數位轉型策略執行的組織結構。
第二步:運用「5P多元視角」,結合企業各單位數據管理的績效將數位轉型策略的文化價值可視化。
第三步:採用數位轉型「C-SOP」,檢視偏差並隨時調整之控制機制。
透過利用上開三個步驟,本研究並設計出一個跨產業的「落實企業數位轉型策略之行動藍圖」,讓希望透過數位轉型取得先機的企業能有一個得以參考的行動方案,以展開數位轉型的策略落實工作。
The 21th Century is a highly competitive era for Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and new technologies. While Business Managers are encountering the threat of radical innovation and disruptive innovation, it is crucial to the business survival that they lead the enterprise into cross-disciplinary integration and digital transformation.
The strategic mindset of the manufacturing section and other industries, should turn from cost reduction and differentiation tactics into changing competition scope by the application of information and the creating of new advantages. This study explores the key factors of the digital transformation strategy, it’s implementation for non-digital companies by analyzing why the manufacturing industries develop digital transformation strategy and studying the top three questions that business managers implement business transformation ask.
These three questions are,
1. Who in the enterprise can commence the digital transformation strategy?
2. How to implement the digital transformation strategy in the enterprise?
3.What is the action plan for the digital transformation strategy implementation?
The company used in this case study is not only the best example of
‘two-phase digital transformation” but also the epitome of most Taiwan manufacturing companies seeking to implement digital transformation. The case study can be a reference and introspection for those companies that have implemented or are going to implement digital transformation strategy.
This case study found that the three steps required to implement digital transformation were as follow:
Step I - Design the structure of the organization to implement digital transformation
strategy.
Step II - Apply the 5P-Multiple Perspectives to visualize the culture of Digital Transformation Strategy in the enterprise.
Step III - Adopt the C-SOP Structure of Business Transformation to establish control mechanism to examine and adjust the deviation
Utilizing of the 3 above-mentioned steps, this study established the” Enterprise’s Action Plan for the Digital Transformation Strategy Implantation” for those companies with the ambition to achieve the goal of digital transformation to get the lead start.
