Abstract: | 本研究主要想探討LED產業的關鍵成功因素,透過訪談個案公司A企業的主管與文獻回顧,藉此歸納出LED產業的關鍵成功因素,以提供後續企業在進入LED產業時的參考,期望能讓更多企業成功在LED產業上獲得更好的競爭力。
研究結果顯示,LED產業的關鍵成功因素包括:優勢(豐富經驗、研發能力、產品價格)、劣勢(價格限制、價值鏈整合不易)、機會(綠色燈具、政府補助、市場廣大)、威脅(本土技術不足、未形成規模經濟、未有統一標準)。除此之外,須持續的發展新產品技術及專利,隨產業科技的發展而持續增加新的技術,唯有持續投入新技術的研發,才能因應瞬息萬變的競爭市場(供應商);想辦法降低成本來壓低售價,藉此提高對客戶的吸引力(購買者);在低成本的模式下生產最新的產品,可利用半成品的模式來進行,藉此創造競爭優勢(現有競爭者);持續研發新的產品、或高附加價值的應用產品,來避免競爭者進入市場,藉此提高自己的獲利(潛在競爭者);LED業者需藉由LED的優點持續發展出新產品,以使得LED成為不可取代且高獲利的產品項目(替代品)。 This research probes into the key success factors (KSF) in LED industry. In order to provide guidelines for those enterprises considering entering the LED industry and become even more competitive, the key success factors in this industry is concluded through interviews with supervisors in company A and literature reviews. The results of this research showed that the key success factors in LED industry include: strengths (plentiful experiences, R&D abilities and product prices), weaknesses (prices limitations and difficulty in value chain integration), opportunities (environmental friendly products, government support and enlarging markets) and threats (insufficient technology locally, lack of economy of scale and no unify standards). In addition, continuous develop new product technologies and patents is necessary in order to cope with the fast moving competitive market (suppliers). Finding measures to cut down costs in turn reduce selling price and increase attractiveness to clients (consumers). Manufacture new products via low costs models, this can be achieved through semi-finished products to gain competitive advantage (current competitors). Continuous develop new products or value-added application products to prevent rivals entering the market and increase own profits (potential competitors). To ensure LED become a high profitable products which cannot be replaced by other products (substitute products), LED manufacturers should take advantage of LED’s unique characteristics to continuous develop new products. |
