摘要: | 大客車是高乘載之交通工具,倘若發生重大交通事故,如:翻覆、衝撞等,其乘客將受到極為嚴重之傷害。因此,研究大客車結構強度為一相當重要之題目。應用電腦輔助工程(Computer Aided Engineering, CAE)對某一大客車進行有限元素分析(Finite Element Analysis, FEA),可以協助車廠大幅降低開發成本與時間,同時可以探討在不同狀態下的結構特性,如:強度特性、剛度特性、翻覆等,可累積相關的計算數據,將其整理成較完整之大客車結構設計資料庫。
本文是依據歐規ECE R66 (Regulation 66 of the Economic Commission for Europe, ECE R66)進行大客車翻覆模擬試驗之研究。目前利用電腦輔助工程技術仍需耗費許多開發成本與時間。因此,本文同時以縮短繁瑣的操作設定為目標,利用程式語言TCL/TK(Tool Command Language / Tool Kits )結合HyperWorks開發大客車翻覆數值模擬之流程自動化,並將其結果自動輸出成投影片供使用者閱讀與判斷。這套方法可以使整個翻覆試驗分析過程約可縮短10小時的操作時間,同時可有效的降低開發成本與時間,減少人為的疏失和錯誤,使每次大客車之翻覆模擬分析達到品質一致性的流程。並且期望未來能更有效率的利用流程自動化技術於其它領域並提高工作效率。 Bus is a high capacity vehicle on transportation. Once accident happened, such as rollover, crashes, etc.., it will cause terrible injury to passengers. Therefore, the research in the strength of superstructure is an important topic in the world. Apply the CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) to analyze the bus structure, this method not only assist bus manufacturer decrease the time and cost of new vehicle development, but also understand the structure characteristic under different situation, such as strength, stiffness and anti-crash characteristic, on the other hand, it also can accumulate the analysis data and create the database for bus structure design. The research in this thesis is using the ECE R66 (Regulation 66 of the Economic Commission for Europe) to simulate the rollover of buses. Nowadays, the cost of time still quite expensive in CAE, we are looking forward to simplify the process by using TCL/TK (Tool Command Language/Tool Kits) and HyperWorks. Developing the process automation of bus rollover simulation and create the report automatically can decrease the time cost in this CAE process. This process automation can reduce the time cost for 10 hours and human mistakes in every rollover simulation, it also increase the quality control in every simulation. We expect this automation technology can apply to other filed and make the process faster in future. |
