Abstract: | 本論文利用數值模擬的方式嘗試了解細胞內的顆粒與化學傳導物質,經由胞吐作用後,排到細胞外的現象,統御方程式包含細胞內、外環境中流體的方程式以及胞吐作用中所涉及化學傳導物質濃度的傳輸方程。此一描述胞吐行為的物理模型,將運用FreeFem++這套軟體來了解胞吐顆粒的移動與化學物質濃度擴散到細胞外部的情形,並將結果與參考文章作結果之比較。 In this study, we attempted to investigate the phenomena in which the granule and chemical transmitter in cell are expelled from the cell by exocytosis. The governing equations consist of the inside and outside fluid equations of the cell and transport concentration equation for the chemical transmitter. This physical exocytosis model was studied using the software FreeFem++ to predict the granule motion and chemical transmitter concentration outside of the cell. The predicted numerical solutions will also be compared with the reference solutions. |
