摘要: | 回顧台灣過去幾十年來的經濟發展,實際創造「台灣經濟奇蹟」的是台灣中小企業,無論對於創造就業機會,或是提高國民所得等方面,都扮演著很重要的角色。中小企業早期以勞力密集產業出口,資金要求不高、製造技術簡單、產業進入門檻低;如今,面臨產業結構的改變和全球化的競爭趨勢發展,台灣中小企業受到國內、外經營環境的影響,造成中小企業無法維持過去的競爭優勢。企業如何擬定合適的策略,面對市場競爭的環境?如何為生產的產品加值?如何繼續在市場上維持競爭優勢?
創新是企業生存之道,企業必須透過不斷的創新,才能持續追求經營成長。產業競爭,除了原有的基本型態需要深入了解之外,市場競爭歷年來不斷地在發生變化,身處變動的競爭環境衝擊之下,企業要如何因應?如何提升自我競爭力?本研究試圖找出企業面對這些問題的因應之道,也特別針對中小企業的經營策略作更深一層的探討。 關於禮服蕾絲產品創新的類型,基本上可以包括材料創新、設計創新、製程創新、技術創新、產品創新等。本研究將針對如何提升中小企業的生產加值,以禮服蕾絲產品為例,採用質性分析研究法,探討如何增加產業的競爭力,以提供台灣的中小企業參考。 Recall the Taiwan economic development in past few decades;Taiwan SMEs(Small Medium Enterprises)play the actual creation role of the 'Taiwan economic miracle'. SMEs have played a very important role on both the job creation and increase the citizen income. In early times, most SMEs exported as Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM)with labor-intensive and required less capital investment to run the low entry barriers business by the simple manufacturing technology. Nowadays, SMEs can no longer sustained the past competitiveness advantage to face the competition from domestic and foreign business environment. The industry structure has changed and the globalized development becomes more challenging. How to develop the appropriate strategy to encounter the competition from market? How to add more value to the product? How to maintain the competitive advantage in the marketplace? Innovation is the approach for SMEs to survive. Enterprises must do continuous innovation in order to continue pursue the business growth. Under the industry dynamic competition and impact, it is not only need to understand what have been changed for the basic patterns but also familiar with the constant changing over the years. How SMEs respond to the changes? How SMEs can enhance their competitiveness? This study attempts to identify SMEs how to handle these issues? It is also further research and discuss about the business strategy for SMEs can adopt. About the innovative types on the lace products of bridal and evening dresses, basically including material innovation, design innovation, production process innovation, technology innovation, product innovation, and so on. This research will be targeted at how to upgrade SMEs production value-added. A Case Study of Products Lace Dress, using the qualitative analysis research methods to study how to enhance the competitiveness for industrial, to provide Taiwan's SMEs as reference. |
