能源生態效益與農地生態服務研究： 以三篇生態經濟學文章闡述

Abstract

本研究核心議題是討論社會 - 經濟 - 生態間的相互作用關係。其相關課題包括：（1）評估人類能源消費對生物承載力之影響（2）農民參與者休耕率與休耕補貼對農業生態系統服務（AES）的影響;（3）考慮與不考慮AES情境最佳化農業空間與非空間配置。本研究目的係為發展出一基於生態治理的自然資源管理系統，為農業決策者提供國家和區域尺度下的農業永續發展的新思維。此外，本研究結果亦顯示氣候變化框架公約與京都議定書的政策效率。以及，休耕補貼可視為是影響農地生態服務價值消長的重要因子。

In this research agricultural value is the core to be discussed based on socio-economic-ecological interactions. The issues are inclusive of (1)assessing human energy consumption’s impact on biocapacity of agricultural; (2)agricultural ecosystem service (AES) affected by farmer’s participant result from fallow subsidy; and (3)optimal agricultural allocation triggered by without and with considerations of AES. In our view, the topics within this research provide an eco-based governance approaches for relating decision makers to achieve agricultural sustainability at national and regional scales. Additionally, this paper has shown the power of the Kyoto Protocol in pushing UNFCCC members to improve their energy efficiency. Besides, fallow subsidy can be viewed as the dominated component to affect AES change.
