| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In recent year, social network service (SNS) has become one of the major communication channels in modern life. After Facebook’s successful release of free, open APIs via which third party developers can share creative applications to enrich the social-networking site, Google launched the OpenSocial initiative and allied with other major SNS providers to secure leadership in the SNS market. The SNS provider’s capability of launching a ‘killer application’, i.e., an outperforming social-networking service, plays a crucial role in surviving the growing competition, and the development of such a service requires rapid and constant innovation practice. This research paper constructs an IDEA Diamond model that aims to help SNS providers effectively develop, through a well-defined process and systemized methods/tools, new services that can deliver exceptional user experience. | en |
