以趨勢科技T1產品的開發經驗探討創新式軟體產品之開發流程方法

Abstract

創新是企業能夠在競爭激烈，市場變化快速的環境中勝出的關鍵之一，速度則是創新能否成功的重要因素，本研究聚焦於軟體產業如何藉由改進開發流程以加速創新速度。從軟體開發流程的演進出發，了解各種開發流程、模型，並比較相關流程優、缺點與適用時機。輔以趨勢科技T1產品為例，比較採用敏捷式開發流程以後，所獲得的效益。並深入探討引進敏捷開發流程的過程，以及討論適合於快速變遷市場型態的軟體開發流程。

In this constantly evolving and competitive market, innovation is an extremely important factor for the success of an enterprise. This thesis focuses on how software companies can speed up innovation by improving the software development process and discusses the pros and cons of different development processes. I have used Trend Micro Inc. T1 product as a case study to describe the adoption of Agile development process. From where we learned the benefit and improvement by adopting Agile development process. We deeply discussed the adoption framework of the agile process to demonstrate the development of different practices combination for different kind of projects.
