dc.description.abstract | In this constantly evolving and competitive market, innovation is an extremely important factor for the success of an enterprise. This thesis focuses on how software companies can speed up innovation by improving the software development process and discusses the pros and cons of different development processes.
I have used Trend Micro Inc. T1 product as a case study to describe the adoption of Agile development process. From where we learned the benefit and improvement by adopting Agile development process. We deeply discussed the adoption framework of the agile process to demonstrate the development of different practices combination for different kind of projects. | en |
