摘要: | 車用隨意網路(VANET)是這幾年最熱門的研究領域之一。在車用網路中,連線主要分為車與車之間直接的無線互聯(V2V)和車與道路中固定接取點的無線互聯(V2R)。因為車用網路的拓樸具有高移動性,許多既有的無線路由協定並不適用於車用網路。在快速道路中,車輛與道路中固定接取點(以下簡稱接取點)的有效連接時間,受限於車輛的高速移動而往往很短暫。本論文即探討如何有效延長車輛在快速道路上與接取點的連接時間。利用多重跳躍傳輸的路由方法,使車輛在進入接取點的傳輸範圍前即能透過其他車輛的轉送,有效的連接接取點。我們使用NS2模擬其效能,同時與其他常見的無線路由方法比較。結果顯示我們提出的路由方法,能提供較高的網路吞吐量,和較穩定的路由。另外我們也調整我們提出的路由方法中的重要參數並觀察其對效能的影響。 Vehicular ad-hoc Network (VANET) is one of the most popular research areas in recent years. Connections over vehicle to vehicle (V2V) and vehicle to roadside unit (V2R) are two major common communication types in VANET. Since the highly mobile traffic topology of vehicles, most existing routing protocols for wireless communications are not suitable for VANET. The connection time is limited for a vehicle to connect to the roadside unit (RSU) on a highway-like roadway due to the high relative speed between vehicle and RSU. In this thesis, we propose a multi-hop routing protocol which is designed for highway-like VANET. Vehicles can connect to RSU through multi-hop transmissions with assistance of other vehicles even when they are out of the transmission range of RSU. The connection time for vehicle to RSU is also extended. The performance of our routing protocol is validated via NS2 simulations. The results show that our routing protocol outperforms other wireless routing protocols in terms of higher aggregate TCP throughputs and steady routing path. In addition, we also tune the major parameters of our routing protocol to study their impacts on the aggregate TCP throughputs over different parameter values. |
