Abstract: | 在本論文中,我們將討論一個新的機械元件「慣質」的觀念,並將其應用在火車懸吊系統上面,比較慣質對於火車側向穩定的增益。火車的側向穩定是目前軌道車輛很重要的研究之一,不僅影響到火車的臨界速度,更關係到安全性的問題。本論文將火車模型從12個自由度推廣到16個自由度,並建構在AutoSim上面做驗證,再將慣質加入至火車各個部份的懸吊系統中,比較傳統懸吊系統和加入慣質後臨界速度的差異。最後再經由非線性的模擬,和線性化的結果做比較,顯示慣質的確對於火車的側向穩定度有很大的幫助。 This thesis discusses the concepts of a newly-developed mechanical network element, called Inerter. We apply this idea to train suspension systems by combining Inerter with the traditional suspension systems, and compare the performance benefits in lateral stability of the train. We build the train suspension model on a multi-body-system-builder, AutoSim, and verify it by an existing train model with twelve degree-of-freedom(DOF). Furthermore, the model is extended to sixteen DOF to explore the performance limitation by inerters. From the simulation results, inerters are shown effective in improving the lateral stability of the train. |
