Abstract: | 這篇論文主要探討有關左手物質在傳輸線中的應用,並且加入右手傳輸線寄生效應,將此左右手混合傳輸線利用及總元件的方式實現在積體化被動製程(LTCC 及 IPD)中,並探討設計的流程。
首先,我們實現了有截止頻段的非平衡態左右手混和傳輸線,接著,我們使用特殊的設計技巧,簡單的在積體化被動元件製程中實現了平衡態的寬頻左右手混合傳輸線,最後我們利用這個技巧設計一個相差90度的寬頻能量平分器。 The thesis is about the study on left-handed transmission lines (LHTL). The right-handed response has been considered, and we will implement the composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH TL) on two process called low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) and integrated passive device (IPD). First, a vertical stacked unbalanced type CRLH TL is introduced which has frequency stop band. Second, we use a special tuning technique to generate a broadband balanced CRLH TL. Finally, we apply the design technique to realize a broadband quadrature power splitter (QPS) with 91.7% bandwidth, phase error in and ±0.3dB amplitude mismatch. |
