摘要: | 有許多居住在自然環境中的生物,經年累月之後視覺感知功能逐漸退化,但它們身上有著纖毛狀的感測器官來感覺環境的變化,使得這些生物得以生存在環境之中。本論文之目標主要為設計開發一個纖毛感測器,藉由量測感測器受作用力的大小並且判別力的方向性,力的來源主要為氣流所造成的作用力,或是利用聲音造成的作用力,在此論文中我們使用光感測的方式來達成目的,使用光源為發光二極體,光感測器為四象限光二極體,主要原理是利用空氣的作用力,經由結構部位受擾動而造成光點在四象限光感測器的移位,利用四象限中每一個象限的輸出經由使用訊號擷取卡(DAQ 卡)與LabVIEW軟體進行訊號擷取與處理,來得到光的位移大小與位移方向的資料,藉由這些訊號得知作用力的大小與方向性,新開發感測器之特色為僅需要一個四象限光電二極體與一個發光二極體即可作二維方向力的感測,有結構簡單,成本低廉的優點,四象限光電二極體對光的吸收相當的敏感,在經由輸出訊號的處理後轉換成位移量時可以獲得很好的解析度,此感測器將可應用在有氣流變化、氣壓變化以及有振動的地方,如作為防盜、噪音強度、地震強度的感測、機械手指的力回饋等等。 Many organisms in the natural environment experience the vision function decaying in the course of evolution. However, they own a hair form organ which can sense the change of surroundings so that they could survive in the environment. The purpose of this thesis is to design a new two dimensional artificial-hair sensor, by measuring the acting force and identifying the direction of the sensor. The source of the acting force can be air flow or sound wave. The sensor utilizes the photo detecting method, using an LED as the light emitting component and a quadrant photodiode as the sensing element. Using the air dynamic as the main working principle, the applied disturbance will cause the displacement of the light point in the quadrant photodiode; the amount of displacement could be obtained by further recording and processing via data acquisition instrument and Labview software. In order to achieve two dimensional sensing, the new sensor needs only a single quadrant photodiode and a light emitting diode, thus provides benefits such as simple structure and low cost of production. Due to high sensitivity of the quadrant photodiode, the displacement, which is the output signal, also has a good resolution. The sensor could be used in the place where the air flow or pressure changes presents, or where the vibration occurs. Among numerous potential application fields are alarm system, noise sensing, earthquake detection, as well as feedback force of the robotic finger mechanisms. |
