摘要: | 本研究主要的目的是在研發製備具有高介電性質的鋇釹鈦(Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54,x=2/3,(BNT))陶瓷纖維與應用此陶瓷纖維在具低收縮度與高介電性質的鋇釹鈦陶瓷積層。
本研究使用一項新穎的方法,利用高介電常數的鋇釹鈦(Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54,x=2/3)為介電材料所製成的纖維,來製造低收縮陶瓷積層。將鋇釹鈦溶液藉由抽絲製程得到鋇釹鈦 纖維,然後將得到的纖維與固態法粉末均勻混合加入有機系統形成漿料,再以刮刀製程刮製出生胚薄帶,將薄帶以十字的方向疊層方式加工,形成積層的結構,再將這積層結構體燒結,製為高密度的固體薄片。此積層薄片於燒結過程中X-Y平面的收縮力會受到添加陶瓷纖維抵消而減少其收縮程度,因此可達降低收縮率的效果。在實驗中並製備鋇釹鈦溶膠凝膠法粉末與鋇釹鈦 template particle做為添加物與加入陶瓷纖維的低收縮度陶瓷積層做一比較。本實驗中以純固態法粉末所製備的鋇釹鈦陶瓷基板為比較基準,其性質為,收縮率:28.81%,電性為:K=79.8, Q×f =8343.4(GHz),密度ρ=5.652 (96.62%T.D.)。 而三種添加物中又以鋇釹鈦陶瓷纖維的效果最為顯著,在添加20%陶瓷纖維時,收縮率由28.81%降至18.49%,電性為: K=71.3, Q×f =8782.9 (GHz),密度ρ=5.502(94.05%T.D.)。 總結實驗結果可知,在陶瓷薄片中添加柱狀或纖維狀的陶瓷粉粒,可有效的降低積層陶瓷的收縮度,並應用於積層陶瓷電子元件或構裝製程中。 The goal of this research is to develop high dielectric constant Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54(x=2/3)(BNT) sol-gel fibers for low-shrinkage microwave ceramic package. In this research, a novel approach was proposed to apply sol-gel fibers into the formulation of tape casting that can reduce the shrinkage of ceramic tapes during the sintering process. We obtained the sol of BNT first, then the sol was hydrolyzed to form a viscous sol to be spinned into fiber. The appropriate amount of solid-state powder, sol-gel powder and organic binders were ball-milled into a slurry. The sulrry was casted into green tapes. The dried tapes were cut and stacked every layer orthogonally each other. The X-Y plane shrinkage of the tape can be reduced very effectly by using sol-gel fiber in the tape slurry.The results were better than those slurries using BNT sol-gel powder and BNT template particle. The neat BNT tape exhibits a dielectric constant of 79.8, a quality factor of 8343.4GHz(at 10.5GHz) and a density of 5.652(96.62%T.D.). The tape contained 20% by weight of sol-gel fiber has the lowest shrinkage and reduce from 28.81% to 18.49%. the tapes exhibit good dielectric properties(K: 71.3,Q×f: 8782.9GHz(at10.5GHz)) and density (ρ) = 5.502 (94.71%T.D.). In conclusion, the shrinkage of ceramic tapes was lowered by adding rod-like or fiber form ceramic particles into tape slurry. The results are useful to fabricate low shrinkage electric ceramic components and packages. |
