摘要: | 本論文為研究一台具有38個秤重元件的水果重量選別機研究的目的在分析連續秤重過程下的動態響應。在水果重量選別機上,每一個秤重元件具有一組秤盤四連桿機構。秤重過程利用測力器進行水果重量測量。
本研究中包含有連續動態秤重過程;而實驗結果則藉由LABVIEW來分析。在軟體模擬方面,利用Simulink動態模擬軟體來模擬秤重時的動態響應。模擬的結果則拿來與實驗數據比較。當測力器的擺放位置分別位於垂直連桿上以及平行連桿的後端。將此兩種擺放設計的動態響應做比較時,垂直連桿的設計在穩定度與準確度上都有較好的表現。 This thesis is related to the research of dynamic response of continuous weighing process of a 38weighing units fruit weighing sorter. On the sorter, each weighing unit consists a weighing basin and a pair of four bar linkage (Raberval mechanism). A load cell was used to measure the weight of fruit under weighing process. Continuous weighing processes were carried in the study; experiment data were acquired and analyzed using LabVIEW. SIMULINK, a dynamic simulation software was used to model the weighing dynamics. The simulation results were consistent with experimental data. Two different locations were designed for the load cell, under the vertical column and on the far end of the horizontal beam of the linkage. As compared to the dynamic response of both designs, the former gave better performer both in stability and accuracy. |
