Abstract: | 通訊協定在智慧型運輸系統(Intelligent Transportation Systems, ITS)發展中扮演著極重要的角色,由美國國家電機製造協會(National Electrical Manufactures Association, NEMA) 所提出的National Transportation Communication for ITS Protocol (NTCIP)可做為智慧型運輸系統內電子設備間相互溝通交換資訊的標準,相信未來我國亦將朝此標準發展。
然而,目前國內已有自行所發展的一套『都市交通控制通訊協定』(簡稱V3),至今亦使用多年,鑑於此,本研究將從兩者協定之物件內容在號誌控制邏輯上的差異性,透過整合「效率」、「安全」及「空氣污染」三項指標,進行兩者之號誌運作績效評估,以作為國內未來發展NTCIP之參考依據。本研究以Synchro所得到之車流延滯作為效率指標、污染物排放量作為空氣污染指標,而由車流期望衝突量模式計算所得之衝突量作為安全指標,而後,將上述指標納入社會成本推估方式將其貨幣化,以建立路口整體績效模式,作為本研究進行比較NTCIP與V3號誌運作績效之分析工具。 本研究針對台北市信義、松仁路口進行績效分析,其評估結果顯示,NTCIP之Dual-Ring八流相號誌運作績效表現良好,僅次於輪放四時相與輪放左轉保護四時相,且本研究另以號誌運作績效水準進行評估後發現,NTCIP於離峰時段與輪放四時相皆屬A級績效水準,而於車流量較多之尖峰時段,亦有B級績效水準。此外,將NTCIP與目前路口所使用之時相類型進行比較分析,雖然兩者績效水準皆屬同一等級,但NTCIP於不同時段所表現出各績效值皆優於目前路口所使用之左轉保護四時相,若以NTCIP之Dual-Ring八流相號誌控制邏輯取代目前路口所使用之控制策略,其號誌運作績效會因而提高,因此,由績效觀點可知NTCIP係較適用於此路口進行號誌控制。 Communication protocol plays an important role during the development of Intelligent Transportation Systems. NEMA puts forward NTCIP which can serve as a standard to communicate with each other and exchange information among the electronic equipment in Intelligent Transportation Systems. I believe that our country will also develop toward it. But we have already developed the communication protocol which is used for traffic control called V3 and it also used for long years. Therefore I will evaluate their performance in the signal control by integrating three indices which are efficiency, security and air pollution. This evaluation result can provide our country the reference basis to develop NTCIP in the future. This thesis takes the delay as a efficiency index, the emissions as a air pollution index which output from Synchro and the traffic conflicts as a security index. Then I take these indices to monetize by a way of calculating social cost and establish the whole performance model to compare NTCIP and V3 in the signal operation. This thesis takes a signal intersection as an instance to compare and analyze. The comparative result shows that the operation of Dual-Ring eight phase signal control of NTCIP displays well. It is only inferior to rotation four phases and rotation protected left turn four phases. Besides, I take NTCIP and the present PhaseOrder to compare. The result shows that although both their performance belong to the same level but NTCIP are better than the PhaseOrder which is operated by the experimental intersection in each performance index of my model. So we can know that NTCIP is relatively suitable to this intersection in operating signal control from the performance viewpoint. |
