Abstract: 集能系統(Energy Harvest System)在今日生活中逐漸嶄露頭角,尤其對於可植入人體內部的各種醫學用途晶片更是有無可取代的重要性,他能夠提供能量讓晶片運作後將患者體內的各種參數及身體狀況成功的藉由晶片傳送至接收端。然而集能系統目前最大的障礙都在於需要體內的電池額外供電方可運作。
本論文採用電荷幫浦升壓的設計方式在集能系統中達到升壓充電的效果,有別於以往的設計理念,本實驗室致力於研發出在外界即使無供電的情況下亦可執行升壓動作的電荷幫浦,以確保當體內電池完全失去電壓無法提供能量的情況下。埋於體內的集能系統仍然可藉由此電荷幫浦本身的電路原理成功將接收的輸入電壓升壓並且對體內晶片充電。
我們將介紹三種不同設計概念的電荷幫浦,他們分別被建議在不同的工作條件下使用,這些電荷幫浦電路在最初設計時彼此皆有關聯性和邏輯性,我們將會一一介紹。電路工作原理在設計後,分別經過了HSPICE 軟體驗證,佈局,和實際檢測。
Nowadays, Energy Harvest System (EHS) shows great potential in manyapplications, especially for medical chips buried inside human body. It could provide sufficient energy for chips working and sending data to the sensor outside.In this thesis, we choose charge pumps for voltage-pumping and charging inEHS. Different from prior designs, we presented charge pumps that could work without extra DC supply voltage. That would ensure the charge pump could stillproperly function under low battery voltage.
We introduce three kinds of charge pumps for different working environment.Features of those circuits above are discussed and their functions are proved in HSPICE, layout, and real work.
