摘要: | 本研究係以自行組裝之簡易氣泡柱,填充適當濃度木酢液的淡水,去除模擬豬舍排氣之氨氣。模擬豬舍之氨氣以氨水持續攪拌揮發,再經由抽氣馬達抽至簡易氣泡柱底部,將抽氣量控制於15 L/min,經由13天之連續實驗,得知氨氣之平均濃度為7.1 0.25 ppm。使用兩種不同規格內徑15.24 cm(六吋管)及20.32 cm (八吋管)的PVC管,管內以10.9 L、12.76 L、14.58 L、16.4 L、18.2 L等五種不同充填水量作為實驗模組,即六吋管內分別注入60 ㎝、70 ㎝、80 ㎝、90 ㎝、100 ㎝水柱水量,八吋管柱內則分別注入33.7 ㎝、39.4 ㎝、45 ㎝、50.6 ㎝、56.2 ㎝水柱水量。實驗得知,無論六吋或八吋管柱皆以16.4 L水容量之去除效果最佳,去除率100%有效時間可達32小時。進而以16.4 L水容量管柱分別加入木酢液0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、0.8%、1%、2%濃度作為實驗模組,探討可延長去除效率的有效時間。得知,添加木酢液濃度越高,去除效率越佳,去除率100%有效時間可達240小時。並模擬夏冬季時處理用水水溫變化對去除效率影響進行試驗,以水溫35℃與20℃作實驗,並量測管柱內酸鹼值變化,得知,水溫越低去除效果越佳。而有無添加木酢液的處理水在達到100%去除率期間的酸鹼值變化為4.7至8.62與8.0至8.97。針對以上結果設計一套自動化簡易氣泡柱除臭系統,並以實驗之酸鹼值變化控制系統之效率。 This simple bubble Column in order to be assembled by oneself of research, join proper Pyroligneous acid, eliminate the ammonia in the simulation pig house. The ammonia in the simulation pig house is mixed and make of the ammonia water , and then via aspirated motor to be angry to simple bubble column bottom, will blowing amount control in 15 L/min. Via the testing in succession of 13 days, which show the ammonia average is 7.1±0.25 ppm. Use 15.24 cm (6〃) and 20.32 cm (8〃) PVC pipes , filled with the water amount differently as the experiment with five kinds , such as 10.9 L , 12.76 L , 14.58 L , 16.4 L , 18.2 L . Pour into the water of 60 ㎝ ,70 ㎝, 80 ㎝,90 ㎝,100 ㎝ columns separately in six inch pipes, and pour into the water of 33.7 ㎝,39.4 ㎝ ,45 ㎝,50.6 ㎝,56.2 ㎝ columns separately in eight inch pipes. Test and show, no matter all eliminated result with the capacity of 16.4 L water is the best in six inch or eight inch pipes, eliminate rate can be up to 32 hours in 100% effective time. And then add the 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%, 2% of pyroligneous acid , separately the experiment with the capacity of 16.4L water, can lengthen the effective time to eliminate efficiency to probe into. The result show , it is the higher in thickness to add the pyroligneous acid , it is the better to eliminate efficiency can be up to 240 hours in 100% effective. It influences test in eliminate efficiency and water temperature change in summer and Winter season for simulation ,it is by 35℃ and 20℃ of making, and examined the pH value changes, learns, the temperature of better eliminated efficiency is lower temperature. If it have treatment water which add pyroligneous acid or not , up to 100% the pH value while eliminating of change is 4.7 to 8.62 and 8.0 to 8.97. Shut the above result , design a set of automatic simple bubble column systems to get rid of odors , and with the efficiency of pH value control system of the experiment. |
