Abstract: 隨著科技技術的發展和醫療水平的提升下,如何利用行動技術精準地與醫療服務結合,改善醫療衛生服務的質量與效率,以減低醫療費用,為當前重要議題之一。本研究即是以新北市為例探討健康促進政策與資訊通信科技產業整合發展性,說明新北市政府推動健康促進服務現況,且因應慢性病盛行及老化衰弱的現況而提出的「新北動健康」專案計畫中,為跟進智慧醫療行動化的潮流,有別以往的以行動健康服務為發想,與國內資訊科技業者共同開發具寓教於樂的「新北動健康」互動式行動APP,整合健康促進相關評估、健康運動體能及健康飲食營養資料庫內容,協助市民建立智慧健康生活型態;最後利用消費者對於產品採用過程(Product Adoption Process)五大階段進行規劃推廣策略,並提出未來進展方向,作為後續本系統精進發展之參考。
With the development of technology and the advancement in the medical field, it is a crucial issue to know how to integrate medical service with mobile technology accurately. This is to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services and consequently reduces medical expenses. This study uses New Taipei City as an example to examine the integrated development of health promotion policy with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. New Taipei City Government launched a program called “Fit for Age” as a response to the needs of current health promotion services and to manage the prevalence rate of chronic disease and increased in frailty in society. This thesis explores the feasibility and benefit of using a mobile application to achieve better outcome for the “Fit for Age” program. This mobile application platform is highly interactive and educational, it leverages on current trend of adopting intelligent mobile-health. The function of the mobile application is to integrate health promotion assessments and build up the database of healthy lifestyle options. The objective is to help citizen establish an intelligent healthy lifestyle. The consumer’s five stages of product adoption process is employed to plan promotional strategies. Discussion of future direction and next step development are included and form part of this thesis.
