This study on nylon6T is from diacid chloride and diamine interfacial polymerization. Producing nylon 6t is even easier if you use a diamine and a diacid chloride instead of a diacid. This is because acid chlorides are much higher reactive than the acids with amine . In order to get the optimized reaction condition of the nylon materials, we will carry out the studies of interfacial polymerization between diacid chloride and diamine. It seems a good method to tune different kinds of reaction conditions to achieve our final goals: 1. Produce nylon by using diacid chlorides and diamines for Nylon6t polymerization. Measure the properties of the polymerized products. 2. Synthesis nylons with different kinds of biphase solvent systems. Test the mechanical properties and heat-resistance changes. 3.Produce nylon by changing the temperature of the interfacial polymerized reaction. Test the mechanical properties and heat-resistance changes.Compare the results of DSC, TGA, And then estimate this project for the practical application in the industry. |
