The research focus on discussing about the Optimal Design and Control of the Solar thermal collector. Under the condition of the system without reducing the thermal collection, it could reduce the circled pump’s power consumption by controlling circled pump’s flowrate to achieve the goal of the system’s optimal operation purpose. First of all ,the system’s comparative standard was defined by reference index cost function , and analyzed the relationship between the variety of flowrate and the index. Use the controlled circled pump to do the experiment. Final the research discussed the system’s optimal operation point to track the work rule and the design rule, and did the research. After doing the optimal point tracked controlled system design and the production, discussed the Test results of the tracked controlled system under all operational conditions. Get the optimal design index by those results. By the results of the research, if it could keep the pump’s output flowrate of circled solar thermal collector upon the Optimal point, the system doesn’t only lose the solar thermal collector’s effect , but also save lots of electric power. |
