影響大學教科書結合共享平台因素之探討

Abstract

大學課程所使用之原文教科書價錢通常偏高，而且課程結束後不是便宜二手轉賣掉，就是儲存在家中。因此學生會向學長姐詢問是否有意願將使用過的參考書籍低價轉售，或是到二手書網站和實體二手書店找尋有無該教科書，以節省教科書費用的負擔。為了探討成立大學教科書共享平台的必要性與可行性，本研究透過網路問卷探討此大學生對於使用平台意願。發放條件是只要有讀過大學的受測者皆可以填寫。發放時間長達一個月，最後共收集300份有效問卷，再進行結構方程驗證分析。 本研究結合科技接受模式與創新擴散理論，並以便利性為外在因素，去探討使用者對於大學教科書結合共享平台的使用態度之分析，並研究其後續的行為意圖，實證結果發現便利性對有用性、便利性對易用性、有用性對使用態度、易用性對使用態度、相對優勢對使用態度、相容性對使用態度以及使用態度對行為意圖都具有正向影響。此研究可以提供我國共享經濟相關產業能發想出新的創新商業模式之參考。

The original textbooks used in university courses are often of high price and are not sold at the end of the course and are stored at home. Therefore, the students asked whether they intended to use the reference books at a low price resale, or to two of handwritten web sites and physical second-hand bookstore to find the textbook, in order to save the burden of textbook costs. In order to explore the necessity and feasibility of setting up a shared platform for university textbooks, this study explores the students ' willingness to use the platform through network questionnaires. The conditions for payment are as long as those who have read the university can fill in the test. The distribution time is up to one months, and finally, 300 valid questionnaires are collected, then the structural equation is validated and analyzed. This research combines the technology acceptance model with the innovation diffusion theory, and to facilitate the external factors, to explore the user's use of university textbooks with shared platform for the analysis of the attitude, and to study the follow-up of their behavior intentions, empirical results found that the convenience of usefulness, convenience to ease of use, usefulness of using attitude, ease of use of attitude, The relative advantage has positive influence on the attitude to use, the use of compatibility, and the attitude of use to behavioral intention. This study can provide a reference for our country's shared economy-related industries to come up with new and innovative business models.
