摘要: | 隨著氣候變遷危及人類居住生活條件,全球各國無不想盡辦法提倡節能減碳等相關作法,我國政府也為此提出相關政策,為響應國家政策及為地球盡份心力的理念,億鴻系統科技利用最新技術及既有場域基礎,積極轉型深耕於節能領域。
一般用電中,空調用電佔了總用電量40%以上,人們往往忽略其耗電之主要因素來自大型冰水系統,為此我們利用目前最新的AIoT技術,應用於大型冰水系統最佳化,藉此省下不必要浪費的電能電費。 隨著AIoT技術日漸成熟,我們利用IoT技術及相關元件設備提升各場域之數位化程度,我們利用AI技術模擬預測系統最佳化狀態,進而控制相關設備輸出,以期達到系統最佳化節能效益,並著手進一步研發預測系統及設備異常癥兆的功能,以期達到避免系統設備無預警狀態下故障造成巨大損失。 經過2年的調整測試,我們順利的完成3個成功案例,也應證了這個方法確實能在適當場域省下20%以上的空調用電。 業務推廣則以ESCO 的模式進行,也就是客戶不用出錢,億鴻系統科技公司先行支付建置成本,之後用省下來的電費來支付成本,一般3~5年可完成攤提,攤提完後,所有省下來的電費歸客戶擁有。 As climate change threatens the living conditions of human beings, the whole world aggressively promote energy conservation and carbon reduction. The Taiwan government has also proposed relevant policies. In order to respond to government policies and the corporate social responsibility, e-Formula endeavor to be the energy conservation solution provider based on the latest technology and our existing client fields. Usually, the air-conditioning electricity consumption is the major proportion (more than 40%) of the total electricity consumption in the commercial building, especially in the central air conditioning system. So, we use the advanced AIoT (AI+IoT) technology to optimize and enhance the efficiency of chiller systems to save the electricity and reduce the electricity bills. At first, we use the IoT technology to connect all the important components of the central air conditioning, such as chiller, water pump, and cooling tower to be monitored and controlled. And then, the AI technology is applied to calculate the best operation parameters of all the components to enhance the system efficiency and save the energy. Additionally, the air condition system healthy is also monitored by the AIoT system, thus the loss caused by the abnormal operation and suddenly out of control can be avoided. Until now, we have successfully completed three cases in the past two years, and proofed that we can save more than 20% for each cases by our AIoT system. The ESCO is used in our business model, and it means that the initial construction cost of the system includes the software and hardware are contributed by e-Formula, and the clients will pay back to e-Formula from the electricity bill saving monthly. Usually, the ROI will between 3-5 years. After the pay back is finished, the client can own the system and keep the energy saving benefits. |
