摘要: | 無人機作為國防科技中的高端產品,在21世紀之前很少進入人們的視野。隨著科技的進步,無人機也開始嶄露頭角,進入人們的日常生活中。當然,無人機的發展也帶來許多新的商機,無人機企業是未來的發展方向。
本文首先對北京ZY資訊技術公司的外部大環境進行綜合分析。一般情況下,可以借助PSET 分析方法,對企業外部的大環境進行整體分析。主要分析以下兩個方面,第一個方面是產業的現狀,第二個方面是產業的發展趨勢。隨後,還可以借助波特五力模型從五個大的方面分析企業外部的競爭環境。其次,仔細分析企業內部的環境,重點研究以下三個方面,第一個方面是技術,第二個方面是財務,第三個方面是人力。隨後,需要分析企業能力,重點關注以下三個方面,亦即管理、市場行銷與核心競爭力。分析企業內部環境的優劣狀況,主要借助 IFE 分析模型。選擇合適的公司競爭戰略之前,需要結合公司的背景、使命,隨後使用SWOT 矩陣分析法來制定合適的方案。公司業務層面的競爭戰略主要依靠公司的各類方案來實施,穩定型的發展方略是大部分公司選擇的方案。當然,許多公司也會選擇成本領先戰略作為公司發展的最佳策略,這也需要大量的分析和論證。並且,我們可以通過無人機製造成本的領先和無人機綜合解決方案兩個方面對公司成本領先戰略進行了分析。 通過綜合分析上述的資訊,本文主要提出公司發展的相關戰略以及具體的改進辦法。第一,明確公司的競爭戰略應該要通過三個大的階段來實施;第二,公司可以從四個主要方面對相關的競爭戰略的實施提出建設性意見;第三,公司要積極優化組織結構,同時還需要構建對應的公司行銷體制,最後還應該把控產品的品質以及相關的人才體系建立。文章的最後對本文研究的內容進行歸納總結,同時,還對公司未來的發展提出自己的看法。 As a high-end product in national defense technology, UAV seldom entered people's vision before the 21st century. With the progress of science and technology, UAVs have begun to emerge and enter people's daily life. Of course, the development of UAV also brings many new commercial aircraft, UAV enterprises are the future direction of development. Firstly, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the external environment of Beijing ZY Information Technology Company. Generally speaking, PSET analysis method can be used to analyze the external environment of an enterprise as a whole. Mainly analyze the following two aspects, the first is the current situation of the industry, the second is the development trend of the industry. Then, we can use Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the external competitive environment of enterprises from five aspects. Secondly, carefully analyze the internal environment of enterprises, focusing on the following three aspects: the first is technology, the second is finance, and the third is human resources. Subsequently, we need to analyze the capability of enterprises, focusing on the following three aspects: management, marketing and core competitiveness. This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of enterprises, mainly with the help of IFE analysis model. Before choosing the appropriate company development strategy, we need to combine the company's background and mission, and then use SWOT matrix analysis to formulate the appropriate plan. The company's business level development strategy mainly depends on the company's various programs to implement, stable development strategy is the choice of most companies. Of course, many companies will choose cost leadership strategy as the best strategy for their development, which also requires a lot of analysis and demonstration. In addition, we can analyze the cost leadership strategy of the company from two aspects: the cost leadership of UAV and the integrated solution of UAV. Through the comprehensive analysis of the above information, this paper mainly puts forward the relevant strategy of the company's development and specific improvement measures. Firstly, it is clear that the company's development strategy should be implemented through three major stages; secondly, the company can put forward constructive suggestions on the implementation of relevant development strategy from four main aspects; thirdly, the company should actively optimize the organizational structure, and also need to build a corresponding company marketing system, and finally, it should establish a quality control product and related talent system. At the end of the article, the contents of this study are summarized and summarized. At the same time, the author also puts forward his own views on the future development of the company. |
