摘要: 在現今消費性電子3C產品不斷的發展及科技進步的時代下,智慧型手機已成為現代人生活中主要的一部分,然而手機電池續航力問題卻成了最大挑戰,高耗電量已是成為擴展應用的致命傷;基於使用者需求所致,手機產品開發者也致力於開發新一代的充電技術,以求產品在市場上更有競爭力,因此無線充電技術才逐漸被加以重視,無線充電技術發展迄今已超過10年,但真正開始進入商用卻是在2012年,目前此種充電技術的應用領域正在逐步擴大,無線充電技術在不斷創新與突破後,將會成為高階智慧型手機的標準配備之一。
本研究主要以策略形態分析法,與三種策略(競合策略、專利布局策略、國際市場進入策略)之分析方式,來進行「手機無線充電產業之跨領域創新商業模式」的研究與歸納;研究的目的是(1)檢視手機無線充電衍生產品平台勝出的關鍵點(2)發現手機無線充電衍生產品平台的平台經濟經營策略(3)探索企業面對產業競爭環境之跨領域創新策略。
研究分析得知,手機無線充電衍生產品平台勝出的關鍵點:(1)平台經濟的崛起(2)創新產品用戶體驗(3)智能物聯網管理技術(4)無線充電接收器市場增量(5)智慧城市的全球發展趨勢(6)中國大陸啟動500個智慧城市建設計劃;研究結果發現,三種策略方法之核心關鍵思維是(1)整合產業鏈有效資源(2)技術交流、專利授權(3)策略聯盟、共享共利;研究探索總結,『資源』才是一切的根本,現今社會上都是通過資源管理來實現資源分配,因而產生了社會上各種產業競爭環境,企業在面對持續變動的產業競爭環境中,必須主動了解各種產業環境中的價值鏈並適時重新調整營運策略,才能持續創造出跨領域創新商業模式,達成企業永續經營的終極目標。
Although today's consumer electronics 3C products continue developing and thousands of new technologies keep progressing, no doubt, the smart phone has become a major part of modern life. However, the problem of mobile phone battery life has been the one of biggest challenges. The high power consumption is the key issue affecting all extended applications on a smartphone. Based on users’ demand, smartphone makers have dedicated to develop the new generation of battery charging technology, so that products can be much more competitive. The wireless charging technologies have gradually been taken lately. Even though wireless charging technologies have developed for more than 10 years, the first biz application is in 2012 and application is getting wilder and bigger. After key innovations and breakthroughs, the wireless technologies are going to be a standard device on high-end smart phones.
This case study focuses on the research and summarization of the “Interdisciplinary innovative business model of mobile wireless charging industry' by using the method of Strategic Pattern Analysis as well as three strategies (competition strategy, patent development strategy and international market entry strategy). The object of case study is (1) to review key elements on wining smartphone and extended applications, (2) to find the mobile phone wireless charging extended platforms marketing strategy, (3) to explore the industry to face the biz competition of the Interdisciplinary Innovative strategy.
Based on this case study, the key points wining mobile phone wireless charging product platform are: (1) the platform economy, (2) the innovative product’s user experience, (3) intelligent Internet of things management technology, (4) increment of wireless charging receiver market, (5) the trend of smart city development, and (6) China launched intelligent city construction plan for 500 cities. The findings of research of the core strategy of the three strategic approaches are: (1) the integration of industrial chain effective resources (2) technical exchanges and patent licensing, (3 ) strategic alliance and resources sharing. The summy of this research is that 'resources' is the key. Today, the society is using resource management to achieve the allocation of resources, resulting in a variety competition in the industry environment. When enterprise are facing the continuous changes of industrial competition environment, must proactively take the initiative to understand the various industrial environment over the value chain and timely re-adjust the operating strategy in order to create Interdisciplinary innovative business model and to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
