Abstract: | 現如今,戰略制勝是企業管理的主要理念。在指導企業合理分配資源、提高競爭能力及適應時代發展等方面有著極其重要的作用。根據不少國際名企的成功經驗可知,決定企業生存與發展的其中一個關鍵因素就是實施戰略管理與否。面對日益加劇的市場競爭,瞬息萬變的經濟市場,企業要想持續發展並得以長久經營,就需要設計出高效合理的戰略方針,促進企業經營資源的最大應用,及時把握機遇,確定企業經營目標與發展方向,建立公正合理的管理結構,持續強化自身的競爭優勢。
本文首先闡述了企業發展戰略的相關理論基礎。其次,A財務服務公司發展外部環境和內部環境分析。在此基礎上,制定A財務服務公司發展戰略制定。在發展戰略的確定中,差異化戰略與A公司當前的發現現狀更加相符,站在可持續發展的視角來說,能夠創造更加可觀的利潤。因此,根據評價結果可知,差異化戰略最合適。最後,對A公司的經營戰略進行研究分析。自從執行發展戰略後,A公司得到了較好的成效,且大大提高了公司的員工滿意度、資產增加率、工作效率、淨利率及經濟收益,可以說,這個結果是十分喜人的。與此同時,實施發展戰略能夠在一定程度上推動了A公司的發展速度、提高員工的綜合修養及企業文化建設。 The development of the enterprise must be based on the analysis of the existing industry status and make a strategic choice. The external environment is changing, and A financial companies are also constantly adjusting themselves, and how to make the adjustment more adaptable to the external environment. The external environment is how to guide the internal adjustment of A financial company, so that A financial company is really on the track of benign development. This is the proposition scope of A financial company's development strategy research. This paper first expounds the relevant theoretical basis of enterprise development strategy. Secondly, the external environment and internal environment of A financial company are analyzed. On this basis, the formulation of A finance company development strategy formulation. In the choice of development strategy, differentiation strategy is more suitable for the development of A financial company now. In the long run, the profitability will be much greater. Therefore, according to the results of the evaluation, we should choose differentiation strategy. Adopt a differentiated development strategy. Finally, discuss the implementation of A financial company development strategy. A implementation of the development strategy of financial company has achieved a certain effect, employee satisfaction, sales net interest rate, the assets of the company, the company's revenue increased rate of increase rate and the production efficiency is improved, to achieve the best results of ideal. At the same time, the implementation of A finance company's development strategy plays a certain supporting role in the development of the company, the improvement of staff quality and the construction of corporate culture. |
