| 摘要: | 企業的致勝之道在持續發展有效的經營模式以因應外界環境的變化。在數位轉型的過程中,企業面臨不同以往新的挑戰,需要創新的思維來調整現有的策略、組織與作業流程,如何透過變革的手段順利轉型,將是經營者最大的考驗,即使擁有科技應用能力的資訊服務業者也不例外。臺灣面臨全球產業變革的衝擊,現行的產業發展模式亟待翻轉,推動創新創業,因應未來物聯網、AR/VR、分享經濟、人工智慧等數位新經濟趨勢,資訊服務業者如何掌握此一新經濟崛起的商機,係本論文主要的關切重點,期望藉由對數位化專案與大型整合專案商機未來走向,以及資訊服務商必要的轉型之探索,本研究能產生有意義的貢獻。
本研究首先就資訊服務產業特性、規模、發展前景進行探討,並進行數位化應用與轉型商機分析,了解數位技術的演變以及在數位經濟浪潮下的發展方向。藉由個案研究過程,以及在C-SOP的變革管理架構與成長矩陣的導引下,分析資訊服務業者因應環境變化的商業模式,並據以提出資訊服務業未來成長或轉型的可行模式。 本研究認為在數位轉型的商機趨勢下,資訊服務業者應該朝向發展關鍵應用領域,並將有創新應用、高附加價值的產品或服務拓展外銷,透過服務導向與其他資訊服務業者共組生態圈,一起合力滿足客戶數位轉型的需求,並據以建立有效且持續發展的商業模式。 One of the key successful factors for sustainable business development is to develop and implement a sustainable business model to adapt to the changing industry landscape. During the processes of digital transformation, enterprises face different challenges from the past, which nowadays need innovative thinking to improve the effectiveness of the existing strategy, organization and business structure. How to successfully transform an enterprise to adapt to digital challenges has become a central task for top management. This is even more true for IT service providers with technology viability. Overall, current industry development in Taiwan needs to be further shaped into more entrepreneurial and more innovative to capture the opportunities from IoT, AR/VR, sharing economy, and artificial intelligence. This study will address business opportunity of digitalization and large integration projects, and explore what kind of transformation should be completed for information services companies in the future. Our study starts from the understanding of characteristics, scale and future evolvement of IT service industry, carrying out the analysis of digital technology evolution and transformation with digital economy trend. Based on case studies and guiding framework of C-SOP and Ansoff’s Growth Matrix, this paper puts forward feasible model of future growth or transformation of information service companies. Our research suggests that with business opportunities of digital transformation, the IT service providers should migrate to developing areas of critical applications and high value-added product/services. In addition, service providers shall co-organize a service-oriented ecosystem with other information service providers to meet customer needs on digital transformation, and then establish a sustainable business model. |
